Ringleader of apostates is nervous. He demands to 'finish off' Mujahideen in 2 weeks

Publication time: 18 June 2009, 20:31

Last Wednesday the ringleader of Chechen apostates Kadyrov convened his inner circle to a meeting and nervously demanded to "finish off" the Mujahideen in 2 weeks.

"I am giving you 2 weeks. In this period of time the militants in Chechnya must be eliminated", the ringleader of apostates demanded from his subordinates.

Kadyrov's ultimatum to his henchmen has been broadcasted on local puppet television channels.

According to the sources from Chechnya, Kadyrov's demands have been perceived by participants of the meeting as a demonstration of isolation from the reality and a misunderstanding of the real alignment of forces and the actual state of affairs.

Thus, the source of the "Caucasian knot", which commented to this edition the Kadyrov's statement, indicated:

"I have spoken with several of those who involved in the large-scale operations against the militants. According to them, the situation is not as pleasant and beautiful as the leadership of the power structures is reporting it to be; [they say] that the special operations mainly consist of blockading certain parts of mountainous wooded areas, that the militants, as before, are feeling very sure of themselves, and that no one is risking moving far into the woodlands, where the main bases of armed formations may be located."

According to a source of the "Caucasian knot", "security forces are in constant fear of attacks and ambushes and fear the mines, homemade bombs and trip wires that the rebels place around their bases".

"Many police and servicemen no longer feel the same enthusiasm they once had. That was seriously influenced by the cancellation of the counter-terrorist operation regime in Chechnya, which meant a significant lowering of wages and various bonuses and other privileges [for servicemen]. This war is going on not for weeks or months, but for years, and that is long enough a period to make everyone tired of the endless bloodshed", he said.

The edition's source called Kadyrov's term of 2 weeks for the final victory over the Mujahideen unrealistic.

"It is not quite real putting it mildly that to finish off the militants in 2 weeks, with whom the divisions, brigades, regiments and battalions of federal forces, those GRU special forces, internal troops, the MIA, tens of thousands of heavily armed and equipped troops of various units, cannot deal for 10 years already", the source said, adding that Kadyrov has promised repeatedly in previous years to "finish off the militants".

Meanwhile, the ringleader of apostates again declared that he cancels all holidays for puppet officials and policemen.

It was previously reported that Kadyrov suddenly demanded the heads of puppet administrations of settlements to organize the so-called "home guard", which must cope with the Mujahideen.

The puppet ringleader of Sernovodsk settlement Rizvan Terloyev is first who responded to Kadyrov's request. He said that the village can move out up to 40 "home guards from amongst the former militants".

Russian sources report that round sums allocated from the budget for arming Kadyrov's "home guards".

Kadyrov commissioned his right hand man and personal butcher, Adam Delikmhanov, who is wanted by Interpol for murder of Sulim Yamadayev, with recruitment of "home guards".

Commentators have already expressed surprise at Kadyrov and Delikmhanov's demands to create the "home guard", since they themselves had declared a complete victory over the Mujahideen.

Usually the home guards are assembled in a situation when there is a shortage of armed forces and when there is a serious threat posed by a strong opponent. It turns out that the puppet regime in Chechnya is not very much counts on on their own armed gangs (the Interior Ministry troops, Kadyrov's Guards, numerous special forces, etc.).

Meanwhile, the situation in Chechnya for apostates is deteriorating.

Kadyrov's "mufti" Sultan Mirzayev has admitted at the meeting of the so-called "alims of Republic" that a group of 37 young men went into the mountains to join the Mujahideen just between June 1 and June 9.

The same thing has been said by the so-called "deputy mufti" Khamzat Durdiyev. The youth go to the mountains, despite the fact that apostates terrorizing Mujahideen parents, burning houses of their relatives and even killing them.

Later on Kadyrovites have denied this information, but the independent sources insist that these figures have actually been announced at meeting of "muftis".

In their statements the apostates are also claiming that in 1 month of fighting they have killed up 30 Mujahideen, "have destroyed dozens of bases of militants". Apostates estimate their casualties as 19 policemen killed and 26 policemen wounded.

Meanwhile, according to sources in the puppet gang of "MIA", the losses of the apostates are much higher and Mujahideen losses are essentially overestimated.
