On the threshold of Putin's withdrawal from the Kremlin, Chechen puppet cesspool from the competing anti-Kadyrov's camp seems starting to be proactive.
A preparation for a congress of natives of Chechnya, who are living outside the republic, is underway in Russia's capital, according to sources from Moscow. Businessmen, some pro-Russian figures, the so-called cultural and other representatives from Chechnya, who in one way or another are well-known in Chechnya and in Russia are going to participate in the congress.
The congress will be held in Moscow in September. A specific date will be announced later.
According to the organizers of the congress, they are "plan to reconcile all the opposition parties and factions, to bring together all the trustworthy Chechens for the future of Chechnya, for the prosperity and development of the republic".
However, according to the sources, the main issue to be discussed at the meeting is the situation in the country in connection with uncontrollable willfulness of Ramzan Kadyrov that affects many proxy leaders.
It is known that Malik Saidulayev, Aslanbek Aslakhanov, businessmen Vakha Agayev, Musa Bazhayev, the "deputies" Khalid Yamadayev, Akhmar Zavgayev, the former puppet prefect of Shali district Alikhadzhiyev Sherip, whom Kadyrov publicly announced a criminal and demanded his extradition from the so-called president of Ingushetia Zyazikov, are actively involved in the preparation of anti-Kadyrov's congress.
Let us remind that Alihadzhiyev is one of the deputies of the Vice-President of Ingushetia. The piquancy of situation is that Kadyrov, who kills his rivals in the centre of Moscow, for some reason can't eliminate Alihadzhiyev, who are living under his nose in a neighboring republic.
Let us point out in this context that among the organizers of the forthcoming congress in Moscow (assembly) is one of the brothers of Yamadayev that is at odds with Kadyrov. On 29 of June by the order of Kadyrov, a wife, a known singer Balayeva Milana, and a mother-in-law of Baudi Yamadayev were shot.
Singer's mother (who in the hospital), Milana married Buadi Yamadayev to get rid of harassment by Ramzan Kadyrov.
Learning marriage of the singer, enraged Kadyrov demanded in retaliation from the singer regularly sang at his parties. Balayeva refused relaying on Yamadayevs. Kadyrov publicly vowed to kill her.
On July 17 some news agencies reported that Milana Balayeva died after 18 days in coma, (her father was Azeri and mother Chechen). Later on some members of Yamadayev said that singer alive and she is now under the protection of Yamadayevs, in one of the Russian cities. (You can watch video of injured singer here).
Among the enemies of Kadyrov is Malik Saidulayev, who according to some information, even planned to leave Russia and to move his business in Europe. He even spent several months abroad, preparing the ground for new life. But, as they say, he received some assurances from the Kremlin and then returned to Moscow.
The clashes between Saydulayev and Kadyrov were begun when the father Kadyrov was alive. Relatives of Saydulayev had repeatedly been beaten by Kadyrovans.
Akhmar Zavgayev, representative of competing faction of the sect of Deni Arsanov (as another enemy of Kadyrov Bislan Gantamirov), which during the Soviet government governed Chechnya. Since 1991, the sect has lost its position, and its influence has declined. Since then, "Arsanovans" dream to return to the power. The power ally of this group is now a Zapad gang led by another enemy of Kadyrov, Magomed Kakiyev.
Let's remember that Kakiyev declared to Kadyrov a blood revenge for the killing of six members of his gang in the well-known shootout in the Chechen capital in the summer of 2007.
A significant figure of upcoming anti-Kadyrov's congress in Moscow is a police general Aslambek Aslakhanov, who is Putin's adviser. Aslakhanov had never shown self-dependence and his participation in the congress could be held only if he would get some back from one of central figures in the Kremlin.
Perhaps the most unfortunate and disturbing message to Kadyrov, whose legacy seems to be shared among his rivals after Putin's departure.
