‘Kavkaz-Centre’ reports, citing http://www.qoqaz.com/ web-site, that the Chechen forces on 1st of September have carried out a number of successful combat operations in Kurchaloi, Nozhai-Yurt and Shali Districts of this country earlier this week.
It is reported that a Chechen unit led by Amir Zaurbek has destroyed a URAL vehicle carrying a group of Russian invaders near Kurchaloi. Russian terrorists lost about 15 men killed and wounded. There were no losses on the Chechen side.
Another Chechen unit ambushed the Russian invaders when they retreated from their raid on Tsentoroi village. Precise numbers if Russian losses are not reported.
Troops of the Shali Unit of ChRI Armed Forces (Commander – Amir Husein) attacked the invaders’ forces between Shali and Agishty settlements. One BTR armored vehicle was destroyed, and at least 12 invaders, including 2 officers, were killed or wounded. There were no losses on Chechen side.
The invaders keep suppressing any information about the military actions in Chechnya. No independent journalists are allowed to the occupied territory.
