New decrees of the President of C.R.I. D.Umarov

The administration of the President of CRI has distributed new decrees of the head of Chechen state, Dokka Umarov.

Decree № 147

On Chairman of the Supreme Sharia Court

Basing on Article 1 of the addenda and amendments of July 4, 2002, to the Constitution of the CRI,
Basing on Articles 73, 76 of the Constitution of the CRI, Basing on the Law "On state of war", Pursuant to Regulation on Supreme Sharia Court and on Committee on Trial and Fatwa, both determined by addenda and amendments of July 4, 2002, to the Constitution of the CRI,

I decree:

To relieve Mansur Yovmirzayev of the office of Chairman of the Supreme Sharia Court of the CRI as well as of obligations of the Chairman of the Committee on Trial and Fatwa of the Majlisul Shura of the CRI.

I reserve the control over implementation of this Decree.

The Decree comes into force since the moment of signing.

Decree № 148

On Chairman of the Supreme Sharia Court and on Committee on Trial and Fatwa of the Majlisul Shura of the CRI

Basing on Article 1 of the addenda and amendments of July 4, 2002, to the Constitution of the CRI, Basing on Articles 73, 76 of the Constitution of the CRI,  Basing on the Law "On state of war", Pursuant to Regulation on Supreme Sharia Court and on Committee on Trial and Fatwa, both determined by addenda and amendments of July 4, 2002, to the Constitution of the CRI,

I decree:

To appoint Anzor Astemirov acting Chairman of the Supreme Sharia Court of the CRI committing him functions of the Chairman of the Committee on Trial and Fatwa of the Majlisul Shura of the CRI.

I reserve the control over implementation of this Decree.

The Decree comes into force since the moment of signing.

Decree № 149

On reorganizing consultative body Shura of Alims of Peoples of the Caucasus

Basing on Article 1 of the addenda and amendments of July 4, 2002, to the Constitution of the CRI,
Basing on Articles 73, 76 of the Constitution of the CRI, Basing on the Law "On state of war", Aiming to consolidate public discipline on the principles of the Sharia,

I decree:

To reorganize consulting body Shura of Alims of Peoples of the Caucasus transforming it into Sharia Committee at the General Representation of the CRI abroad.

The General Representative of the CRI abroad is charged to execute control over implementation of this Decree.

The Decree comes into force since the moment of signing.

Decree № 150

On conferment of the rank of brigadier general

Basing on Article 73 of the Constitution of the CRI, Basing on the Law "On state of war",

I decree:

1. To confer colonel of the armed forces of the CRI Aslasmbek Vaduev the next military rank of the brigadier general.

2. The Decree comes into force since the moment of signing.
