The following is a translation from Arabic to English Languages of published news by www.qoqaz.com, about military operations of freedom fighters in Chechnya, dated "20-January-2007":

More Than Five Russian Soldiers Killed During Sporadic Operations Of Mujahideen

- In Vedeno, a group of Russian soldiers fell in an ambush, when it was intending to inspect one of the roads for mines which was prepared by Commandor Yaser's unit. The ambush started when a land mine detonated under their feet and was followed by firing automatic machine guns. The operation continued for approximately fifteen minutes, and then the unit withdrew safely. According to special sources of Mujahideen, five Russian soldiers were killed and three others wounded.

- In Shali, a Russian soldier was killed in one of the checkpoints after Commander Hussein's unit detonated a land mine that was placed during the previous night.

- In the suburbs of the capital city of Grozny, three Russian soldiers were killed after Commander Abu Bakr Basayev's unit detonated a land mine against the jeep vehicle that they were occupying.

Russians Perform Artificial Respiration For Their Soldiers In Chechnya

The Russian Government intends from time to time to execute an (Artificial Respiration) operation for its soldiers in Chechnya.

In that aspect they are hoping that a new spirit for a new life for the ghost of the Russian soldier who lives unknown destiny in Chechnya, because he is similar to the dead in the best circumstances, and one of the most recent of that artificial respiration, was their allegation by means of official mass media stating that great numbers of armed men (Mujahideen) gave up their arms, and declared repentance!!

That is in fact a funny matter, not for Mujahideen, but for Russian soldiers themselves, because they see in the battlefield and in front of them the opposite lies, which increase their hatred and grudge against their President Putin who pushed them into this unknown fate.

It's worth mentioning that one of the observers was asked about the situation in Chechnya, and about the reason for the Russian soldiers' addiction to vodka, he answered: Because the Russian soldier does not wait to feel the truth of his status in Chechnya, and that is because if he feels that he would die before Mujahideen would kill him.
