In Jokhar, Mujahideen continued to fire at enemy's positions at nighttime and to blow up Russian military vehicles. In 48 hours, 3 Russian kafirs (infidels) were killed and at least 11 others wounded. There were no casualties among the Mujahideen.
In Vedeno district, Mujahideen conducted several landmine attacks agaist Russian military vehicles on highway Serzhen Yurt - Vedeno as well as near villages Dargo and Eshelkhatoi.destroying 2 Russian light armored personnal carriers, killing 5 and wounding 8 Russian kafirs.
A group of Mujahideen attacked Russian special troups (so called \"spetsnaz\" forces) near village Ushkaloi. 2 kafirs were exterminated in a short firefight. There were no casualties among the Mujahideen.
A Russian military URAL truck was blown up in a landmine explosion in the area of Itun Kali killing 2 Russian invaders. The truck was disabled.
A Mujahideen mobile unit ambushed a Russian military convoy 2 km from village Shirdi Mokhck on a landmine. One Russian military vehicle was burnt. In the firefight, at least 4 Russians troops were killed and 5 wounded. One Mujahid was also hurt.
A Russian armored personnel carrier was destroyed in a landmine explosion near village Nikikhat killing 3 Russian kafirs. No details are available.
Russian airplanes and artillery continued to bombard southern areas of Chechnya. During the last 48 hour, they bombarded several time Itum Kali and Vedeno districts. No casualties were reported.
