Allegedly finished war is continued
As you know Putin announced repeatedly that the war in Chechnya, which has turned into All-Caucasus war, finished long time ago. So bodies of soldiers, which keep to be transported from Chechnya, count for nothing.
 
They would not be able break moral foundations of the Russian citizens and win compassions to dying compatriots.  And all the more they cannot serve as an evidence of continuing war. However sooner or later a number of these bodies should question rationality of current events. So the old and experienced practice as concealing losses through hush-hushing and banning an access of press to sites of events.
 
I remember as Shabalkin said frankly that war casualties should be a state secret.
 
However even the Russian generals have recognized repeatedly that losses of the Soviet Army in Afghanistan could be compared with losses of Russian army in Chechnya. And if we believe only in the Russian information sources, it turns out that a number of victims and consequently intensity of hostilities in Chechnya are higher as against the war of USSR against Afghanistan. Russians have got a great experience of concealing their losses as far back as period of the Soviet-Afghan war, which was entitled “International Aid”.
 
When hopes of the Chechen citizens who had believed that a great number of the Cargos-200 would force Russia to understand senselessness of bloodshed were not justified, rumors on dispatching to the frontline soldiers with the children’s home biography who should not be reported to somebody, appeared.
 
 Even Russia would find difficulties in gathering a great number of bastards and dispatching all of them to the frontline. So technology of concealing losses is simpler and it will not be so difficult to disclose this lie.
 
When Hattab had defeated the Russian column nearby the Yarish-Mardi village and the Russian mass media raised a clamor on this incident, some Mujahiddeens surprised sincerely: “We had defeated more large columns, and they told nothing about this in the TV air. But now they have raised such clamor”.
 
It turned out that about hundred servicemen were called up from the same city that is Moscow. And bringing 100 bodies at once to one city would be noticeably so there is not use of concealing this fact from the public. Moreover Hattab recorded entirely the battle to video camera. And propagandists of Kremlin lost an opportunity to tell as usually about “braveness and heroism of the Russian soldiers, who die with a smile”
 
Observers of the war, which continues currently, should notice that when the Russians report their large losses the latter appear called up to the army from the same region. And those who have not any knowledge about principles of forming the Armed Forces could assume that the Russian Army is formed according to the territorial principle.
 
Irrespectively of losses borne by occupants they would not exceed a number of the Russia citizens who die from law-quality or denatured alcohol. However the task becomes more difficult if dozens compatriots appeared among these losses because a batch of hearses would show up in the one region.
 
Then propagandists start their work with the regular “Ode to Nibelungs” telling about non-equal battle of heroes with multiply exceeding enemy represented by mercenary daredevils.
 
As far as only riot squads are called up to military service and formed within one region (according to territorial principle) it turns out that once a half of a year some next riot squad or the “Chechen police officers» that also die in dozens when are blasted, suffer losses for fatal reasons.
 
However everybody who has been at war knows that squad escapes to approach to danger even at a distance of a mile until this danger site is covered entirely with bodies of the Russian soldiers. Even simple Russian citizen who has not been involved in war knows well about native police. Their brutality against helpless citizens and chicken-heart when colliding with real danger is the wide-known fact. However the Russian media paint permanently battles with participation of heroic cops going to the assault with pistols only.
 
Of course these manipulations don not affect the Chechens anyway. They know very well about all casualties of the enemy. The Russian authorities aim at concealing casualties from native citizens. And they conceal them when there is a sense for this. That means that possibly the Russian public consciousness has not atrophied entirely so far.
 
In view of that the Russian propagandists have to charge permanently the Chechen side of non-objectivism. However just on the contrary Putin and Co who are real professional liars and grandfathers of frauds have placed a ban upon access of independent pressmen to Chechnya albeit the Chechen side states permanently the real interest in presence of independent mass media and objective interpretation of events.
