The plans of Mujahiddeen give results

The efforts of the Kremlin to suppress the resistance of the Chechen people have led to expansion of the war. Not having solved the main military problem – the rout of the centralized structure of the management of Mujahiddeen, the Kremlin tries to rescue the situation by means of the old Soviet KGB methods of terror.

Practically daily on the whole territory of the ChRI (and since the last year also in other regions of the Northern Caucasus ) the so-called “cleanings” are carried out - retaliatory actions, the purpose of which is to suppress psychologically the will to resistance of the majority of people and to force them to refuse the support of Mujahiddeen.

Besides it, Moscow has also applied all forces on execution of one more, not less important, in opinion of the Kremlin, problem - physical liquidation of the Chechen leaders. For the sixth year special agents and confidential divisions try to kill a number of known Chechen military-political heads, in hope that after their death the resistance of Chechens will come to naught. In some cases they manage to kill them. The murder of President Mashadov can be considered to be the largest success of Moscow . However, this strategy, as the proceeding resistance of Chechens and the expansion of the zone of military actions shows, does not give real results.

The Chechen party undertakes counter-measures, and carries out not less successful fighting operations. Besides supervising structures of the Chechen State and its armed forces already for a long time are ready to any turn of events and to losses among the administrative management. Practically in all without exception divisions several years ago three-four assistants to the commander were approved. Their sequence of the introduction into the post and the rank of subordination were specified.

In the high supervising structures of Mujahiddeen, besides the President, Ameer of the SDC - Madjlisul Shura of the ChRI, in 2002 the administrative management from among the most authoritative Chechen military-political figures, about whom all Mujahiddeen, who are at war, know, was appointed. The activity of the structure of the SDC - Madjlisul Shura CHRI is debugged up to trifles. The harmonious control system, the survival of which is provided not by separate leaders or commanders, but with the precise mechanism of functioning of the control system based on Sheriyat, is created and operates.

The Sheriyat Court operates, which keeps actions of Mujahiddeen within the limits of strict rules of war and provides legal Islamic base of Jihad.

In structures of the operating system activity of the information and analytical center, and also special services, which provide high enough degree of a management efficiency of forces of the Chechen Resistance, is debugged.

In 2002 the long-term program of actions, both of military and of a political orientation, which assumed radical change in an alignment of forces in the Caucasian region was developed. Apparently, the plan, approved 2,5 years ago operates and gives concrete results.
