A European Parliament Deputy Giulietto Chiesa, sharing his impressions on the elections to the Parliament of KBR with the journalists, reported that he had not noticed any breaches. 
«Very good impressions were left after the visits to polling stations, where there were concerts arranged and a warm atmosphere prevailed. We were also pleased to watch the celebration of Maslenitsa, - Chiesa noted. - Another positive fact of this day – I have seen people coming up to the head of the republic Arsen Kanokov without ceremony and telling him their problems. This is one of the most important indicators of trust relationships between the authorities and the people». G. Chiesa favorably commented on the scheme of holding the elections according to party lists: «A party is a legitimate structure, representing common interests. The party may include different people, but the objectives and tasks they solve are common, aimed at improving the life of the majority of the population». 
Representative of the Public Chamber, co-chairman of the association of non-profit organizations for the protection of voting rights «Civilian control», Alexander Brod stated: «Elections in KBR have been successfully and accurately held. I suppose that is due to the fact that there is strong power in the republic, open to the needs of the population, and trusting their leadership, the citizens voted actively. The residents of KBR hope that the new Parliament will work vigorously, addressing the problems of the republic and smoothing the acute angles that may occur in the course of the global financial crisis, conducting proper policy of supporting the poor, socially disadvantaged citizens. This is also a stimulus for showing electoral activity», - Alexander Brod stressed.
