WebsiteIngushetiyaru.Orgaccording to a relise of a former anti-Zyazikov opposition leader Magomed Hazbiev (not to be confused with pro-Yevkurov website Ingushetia.org), published the letter of Maksherip Aushev who was killed two days ago in Nalchik, in which he accuses the pro-Moscow puppet leader Yevkurov in promoting terrorism against the civilians.
In this letter, dated April 2009, M. Aushev warned that in case of his death, the guilty will be Yevkurov and Russia's security services.
Maksherip Aushev wrote -
"Since the appointment of Yunus-Bek Yevkurov as president of Ingushetia, I, my associates and relatives had given him every assistance to achieve peace and harmony in our country.
I initiated the dissolution of an alternative parliament, made a public statement on supporting Yevkurov. We are representatives of Aushev teip were the first to organize a meeting and support the new president in his good endeavors.
We have made efforts in making sure that in the republic, finally, peace could come, and to end the announced fratricidal war started in Zyazikov time.
But despite all this, over the past six months, in the Republic, the abduction, torture and murder of our citizens continued, but even then we did not loose hope that together we can turn the tide.
Unfortunately, analyzing current events, we can make only one conclusion - the new president chose the military method for solving problems.
We have seen how through such methods in Chechnya hundreds of thousands of people have been killed, including about 40 thousand children.
I was hoping that our new president will stop the chaos in the country, primarily perpetrated by security forces and intelligence services, but Yevkurov came under the influence of security officials, who have continued during all these 6 months, the kidnap, torture and killing of people, compromising and setting up Yevkurov.
The President repeatedly stated the inadmissibility of the arbitrary security officials, but their actions only emphasized who was the real boss. Over 6 months Yevkurov never got a real punishment for security officials, who were caught red-handed in the commission of kidnapping, torture and extrajudicial executions.
Yevkurov personally has seen the mutilated bodies of our boys who were tortured and raped in the Malgobek police department. January 30, FSB agents fired at Ingush policemen near the railway station in Nazran, murders in the city center of two photographers the Uzhahov brothers, shot on the way to the village of Surkhakhi the famous athlete Adam Aushev, released by the FSB the identified kidnappers of Gapur Tankiev in Malgobek caught by his family members and handed to the police department, and there are endless amounts of such facts.
As of today, I want to state publicly that I do not support the socio-political course of the president Yevkurov who at the end of his thinking has selected the path imposed by security officials, which will lead us to yet more tragic consequences and the loss of our statehood.
I intend to gather all the healthy forces in the republic for the formation of the opposition and to seek all legal means to stop the bloodshed in our country.
I want to forewarn that I am in good health. I owe nothing to anybody and I am not in blood feud with anyone. In the case of assassination attempt on me and my family, local authorities, security agencies and intelligence services are the ones to blame ."

In light of this letter, the comment of ringleader of local apostates Yevkurov, in connection with the murder of M. Aushev, looks very interesting. Yevkurov told reporters:
"His murder - a blow to my reputation. Murderers of Maksherip Aushev knocked a good card from my hands. He was my real assistant in republic, although we did not advertise this."
After these words Yevkurov promised to "find and punish the organizers of the murder."
Recall that in the month of September the Russian invaders almost kidnapped Mr Aushev when he was leaving Magas, almost under Yevkurov's nose. Considering that data on the kidnappers has not been a secret. That time Yevkurov also promised to "investigate".
