Press release by the Mukhabarat of Province Ghalghaycho of the Emirate of Caucasus
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful!
The Mukhabarat (intelligence service) of Wilayah Ghalghaycho regularly receives information about spies and informants recruited by disbelievers and apostates. The received information is verified, and if confirmed, the decision is made to liquidate the criminal. The order is passed to special groups, who execute the sentence.
Thus, the decision was taken to liquidate Tangiyev, who called police hotline and informed apostates and disbelievers about Mujahideen, as did Rashid Mamiyev, who was an informant.
On February 9 of this year in Pliyevo village, in accordance with the decision, Magomed-Bashir Tangiyev was liquidated.
On February 16, 2009, in Ekazhevo village, Ruslan Katsiyev was eliminated for witchcraft activity.
Four days later, on February 20, Rashid Mamiyev was liquidated by a sniper shot, for criminal activity directed against Muslims.
In future as well, we will undertake active efforts aimed at collecting information, revealing, and then eliminating persons involved in spying and those acting as informants.
Allah knows everything that our enemies conceal, and He helps us, making it easier to track them down. Those people, or more correctly subhumans, even have no idea, how easily sometimes, by the will of the Most High, information falls into Mujahideen hands.
