'Special operation' declared in Gubden, Dagestan

Publication time: 18 March 2009, 15:34

Dagestani "Interior Ministry" gang has declared a "complex preventive operation" in Gubden village, Karabudakhkentskiy district of Dagestan.

Mujahideen group led by Magomedali Vagabov was declared the main target of the operation conducted by Dagestani apostates and Russian infidels, according to a puppet police spokesman. Magomedali Vagabov, also known as Commander Sayfullah of Gubden, is a native resident of the village.

Similar operation was conducted by apostates in Gimry village, Untsukulskiy district, in 2007-2008. That operation resulted in capture of Bammatkhan Sheykhov, a Mujahid from Buynaksk. However, Ibragim Gadzhidadayev, who was initially declared main target of that operation, was able to leave Gimry with other Mujahideen. The Gimry "counter-terrorist" operation was criticized in the media for abuse of villagers and widespread destruction of property by Russian infidels.
