Dagestani minions want lift ban on 'Wahhabism' and begin 'peace dialogue with militants'

A gathering of puppets, called "the congress of the peoples of Dagestan", has been held in the Russian-occupied Dagestani capital Shamilkala (former Makhachkala).

The local puppet ringleader Magomedov defined the main topics of the gathering as "the consolidation of society in face of the threat of terrorism and extremism, and condemnation of these phenomena".

According to the Russian minion, "despite a large number of casualties, Dagestani society has not condemned terrorism and extremism".

The Russian puppet publicly appealed to Kremlin's leader Medvedev asking "amnesty for militants".

The puppet propaganda meeting adopted a resolution which says "it supports the creation of necessary conditions for voluntary return to their homes of those who are willing to refrain from unlawful acts".

The puppets have also announced they want to engage in a peaceful dialogue with the Mujahideen.

"We appeal to those who took up arms to stop the bloodshed and engage in peaceful dialogue. We appeal to the parents: bring back home your children".

A well-known puppet Haji Makhachev, who "works" as the Magomedov's representative in Moscow, also spoke at the gathering. He said that a so-called "law banning Wahhabism", which was adopted in 1999 and whose main author was Makhachev himself, needs to be cancelled.

Makhachev commented on his proposal as follows:

"The law was adopted on September 16, 1999 in a hurry, on a wave of popular indignation by intervention by Basayev and Khattab in Dagestan. It does not correspond to Russian laws. Once we are in Russia, the law needs to be repealed", concluded the Russian puppet.

Makhachev explained that he considered as absurd the situation in which the leadership of the Russian Federation establishes diplomatic contacts with the rulers of such countries as Saudi Arabia (which is "Wahhabist"), while "Wahhabism" inside Russia is equated to extremism.

The initiative of gathering has been commented by a former leader of the puppet "National Security Council of Dagestan" Magomed Tolboyev.

"This law is illiterate. No Wahhabism exists in nature. This word has been invented by the British, since then it became a tradition. There are radical movements in Islam. As in Russia, there are orthodox and there are conservatives. A faith can not be banned in general. If you go to a man's home to see how he prays, he will hide in a cave, and he will continue to pray there as he wants.

You can not ban religion. Let them pray as they wish.

However, if they stand up against authorities, against the foundations of the state - then they should be persecuted. Their leaders, in the first place. The power must always be strong and be able to defend itself", Talboyev explained to journalists his proposal to cancel "the law banning Wahhabism".

Talboyev also expressed dissatisfaction with the actions by Moscow police, who didn't stop Caucasian pogroms on December 11 and 15 in Moscow. However, he stated that he personally persuaded not to go out to Moscow streets about 10,000 Dagestani students.

"Why did they allow people to gather? Why did the SWAT groups intervene only when a fight broke out? There is also a police tactics: divide the crowd into separate groups. Why did the head of the Moscow police forget about it? Why did nobody had think about it? I can ask these questions because I personally prevented ten thousand Dagestani students to go to the square in front the Kievsky station", said Tolboyev.

It is to be mentioned in this context that the ringleader of Chechen puppets Kadyrov, who considers himself the chief fighter against "Wahhabism" in Chechnya and calls for killing of all "Wahhabis", (which, in other matters, does not prevent him to make friends with the "Wahhabis" in Saudi Arabia), has not commented yet on the resolution of the gathering of Dagestani puppet colleagues to lift the ban on "Wahhabism".
