A new Chechen site Chechen.biz has appeared in the Internet
In open spaces of Chenet there is one resource – psycho portal Chechen.biz. On the Chechen.biz there is a radio, a forum, CС 1.6.2 servers and more than 140 video files, which soon will be accessible to all visitors of this site, the founders of the portal inform.

By Amina Visayeva in Grozny In June, 16-year-old Ruslan Magomadov was attacked and badly bitted by a stray dog in the yard of his own house in the Chechen town of Shali. Three weeks later, he died of rabies from multiple bites on the chin, neck and wrist. The next day, Islam Ibragimov, who was only five, died in the nearby village of Novye Atagi. The boy had been attacked by a rabid dog 16 days earlier. Years of conflict in Chechnya have resulted in an animals on the loose, some of them dangerous. Chechnya: Basaev Interview Enrages Russian Authorities The interview with Chechen warlord Shamil Basaev that aired on American television on July 29 dealt a serious blow to the Kremlin. Russian authorities made desperate efforts to prevent the ABC television network from broadcasting the interview on its "Nightline" news program. The Russian Embassy in Washington sent its protest to ABC several hours before the show aired (Kommersant, July 30). When the interview was broadcast, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it would not renew ABC's accreditation in Russia for the next year (RIA-Novosti, August 2). There are several reasons why Russian authorities are so angry at the interview with Basaev.
