Because of technical problems on a site, we, unfortunately, coud not inform you in time, that on February, 23 in Brussels the International conference of "Dublin Convention and refugees from Chechnya", organized by "Action Group" was held by means of deputies of Europarliament, employees of the Eurocommission, teachers of the Bruxelles University and lawyer office "Bruksman".

Opening conference, Dr. Matilda Henkinbrokt, ambassadress of  CBAR (the Belgian Committee of the help to refugees at representation of the United Nations), has said:

- Action of the Dublin Convention, especial in Belgium, is rigid enough and we face with such cases when as a result of application of Dublin - 2 families are separated, are sent out the patients, pregnant, even the chest children who have been born in Belgium.

The Chechen sources published an address by Sheikh Abdul-Khalim Sadulaev, the Chechen and Caucasus Mujahiddeen leader. He claimed Mujahiddeen forces had destroyed "dozens of pieces of enemy equipment" on "all fronts of the war" this winter. "The most odious figures in the camp of the national traitors, who were decorated with medals and crosses by their bosses, have also been liquidated," Sadulaev said. "God has helped us to defeat them. The greatest successes have been achieved in Dagestan where the traitors' leaders have been wiped out. Successful combat operations are also being waged in Karachaevo-Cherkessia, although not so actively as in the main areas of the mujahideen's attacks in Ingushetia, Chechnya, Kabardino-Balkaria and Adygeya."

Musa Akhmadov: "I don’t understand people who are unwilling to master their native language.”

Musa Akhmadov is one of the best known and most productive Chechen authors writing today. Recently he was marking his 50th birthday, and adding up the balance of many years of literary activity.

He began to write in early adolescence. His first reader, first critic and also first literary mentor was Uvays Aliyev, editor of the Shatoysky district newspaper. During his numerous meetings with readers, Musa often mentions Aliyev’s name with appreciation.

Akhmadov’s literary output is very diverse. He works mainly in the genre of fiction. Today he has nine books to his credit. Vakhid Murdashev, one of the aides of Aslan Maskhadov who were detained during the operation against the President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria on March 8, 2005, was moved by unknown people from Chernokozovo to another prison, stated Murdashev's defence lawyer, adding that it took place shortly after Murdashev talked with Council of Europe Commissioner Alvaro-Gil Robles during his February 25 visit to the prison.
