The ringleader of the Russian minions in Chechnya, Kadyrov, praised the UN Security Council for the introduction of the so-called "sanctions" against the Caucasus Emirate Emir Dokku Abu Usman.

It is to be recalled that in compliance with these sanctions it should be frozen bank accounts of Dokku Umarov (if there is any), seized his property and real estate abroad (if there is any), also imposed an arms embargo (if it is supplied) and he denied entry to any member countries of the UN (if Dokku Umarov suddenly decides, for example, to relax in Hawaii, he will not be given a visa).

"The trial on the murder case of Israilov continued on Tuesday 15 March with extended interrogation of the second defendant, Suleiman Dadayev. He wanted to briefly clarify what really happened, because "so far nobody is interested in it", said the accused to the jury, chaired by Friedrich Forsthuber at the Vienna Regional Court. 

Israilov possessed some amount of money that belonged to a unit one of the Chechen field commanders, Suleiman Dadayev explained, who in the past has already presented himself at court as the alleged enemy of Kadyrov.

Another kidnapping of a young person has been registered in Jokhar. It was reported that the kidnapped student, a native of Ingushetia, was a 4th year history student at a local university.

The 22 year-old youth lived with his aunt. March 2, he went to his class at the university and never returned home. On the evening of 2 March he told his relatives on the telephone that his is being detained at the "Directorate of Internal Affairs in the Sunzha district" in Chechnya and asked them to "do something to save his life."
