Guardian: ''Britain would ban Kadyrov from racing horses''

The British newspaper Guardian reported, following controversies on pro-Moscow Chechen puppet Kadyrov, the British Horseracing Authority is bringing in new rules for next year that would ban Kadyrov, and others of questionable character, from racing horses in Britain.

The British Horseracing Authority is aiming to introduce its new licensing regime, including a ‘fit and proper persons' test for racehorse owners, by the middle of next year, in a move it has insisted will provide a model for other sports to follow.

Oliver Codrington, head of compliance and licensing at the BHA, said "It's all about suitablity and ‘fit and proper' is part of that. In order to be suitable, you need to be competent but you also need a certain standing of honesty, integrity and financial soundness."

'Cleansing': Over the past 10 days by order of Kadyrov 30 apostates killed

Sources in the Province of Nokhchicho (AKA Ichkeria) of the Caucasus Emirate reported that over the past 10 days by order of the puppet ringleader Kadyrov more than 30 apostates have been killed, whom Kadyrov suspected of disloyalty.

Thus, at least 12 Kadyrovites were captured and killed in Argun city. According to other data more more than 20 apostates have been killed in Argun.

Several other people were shot dead in Khosi-Yurt and other villages.

As previously reported, a commander of Kadyrovites nicknamed "Ebbi" was captured and killed in Argun city. Later information was received saying that the brother of "Ebbi", who tried to flee from Chechnya, has also been killed. He was caught in one of the Provinces of the Caucasus Emirate.

Chechen rights activist 'abducted'

A Russian human rights group says Chechen security officers have kidnapped the head of a rights group in Moscow and flown him to Grozny, Chechnya's capital.

The Memorial group said Arbi Khachukayev, who heads Law, an organisation critical of Chechnya's Kremlin-backed leader, was detained on Thursday and bundled onto a flight.

for alleged involvement in an armed assault, the RIA news agency reported.

The Law group has exposed alleged human rights abuses committed by forces loyal to Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen president.

Svetlana Gannushinka, a human rights worker, told Britain's Guardian newspaper it was "not clear whether he's [Khachukayev] a hostage or a defendant"

"As soon as I found out about his kidnapping I faxed the office of the interior ministry at Vnukovo airport. They didn't answer," she said.
