On the simulation of elections in the Chechen Republic

SEIMAS OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

GROUP FOR INTERPARLIAMENTARY RELATIONS WITH THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC OF ICHKERIA

Mr Rene van DER LINDEN

PRESIDENT, PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE

Mr Dimitrij RUPEL

CHAIRMAN-IN-OFFICE, OSCE

Mr Josep BORRELL FONTELLES

PRESIDENT, EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT

ON THE SIMULATION OF ELECTIONS IN THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC

STATEMENT
