Former Foreign Minister of C.R.I. Zakayev reminded of himself sharing the plans of F.S.B.

Former Foreign Minister of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, Zakayev, after a long silence again reminded about himself, with his ordinary lengthy attacks on the Caucasus Emirate and Emir Dokka Umarov.

Repeating his duty thesis that the Caucasus Emirate is allegedly the "FSB's project", Zakayev has hinted that he is advised by Russia's secret services of the nearest plans of the Lubyanka.

Former ChRI foreign minister said in an interview with "Kommersant-Vlast," that the Foreign Ministry of Russia is preparing, soon, to submit to the UN Security Council, materials, ostensibly showing the cooperation of the Georgian special services with al-Qaida.

According to him, the UN Security Council will be presented with "proof" of communication of Doku Umarov and representatives of the Caucasus Emirate with the Georgian special services.

Russia and the UAE have been negotiating the fate of Adam Delimkhanov

According to press of the UAE, the authorities of that country and Moscow have been negotiating the fate of Adam Delimkhanov, who is accused of masterminding the assassination of former gang Leader of "Vostok" (a division of the Defense Ministry GRU) Sulim Yamadayev.

Press of the United Arab Emirates reported that the cousin and personal executioner of Kadyrov, Delimkhanov, could stand trial, if negotiations on an extradition treaty between the UAE and Russia are successful.

The Arab press also points out that if Adam Delimkhanov does appear before court in the UAE, the so-called "limited terms of the treaty" between Russia and the UAE will mean that the trial will take place in Moscow rather than Dubai.

Press recalled that Delimkhanov is wanted by the Interpol and that the Dubai Police chief Dhahi Khalfan Tamim has personally accused ...

It is hard to think of a more likely pair of candidates for historical enmity than the Russian government and the Chechens. In the nineteenth century, Russia's expansion into the Caucasus was slowed by the opposition of local mountain peoples, of whom the Chechens were among the most fierce.
