The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria testifies the respect of Ministries of Foreign Affairs Khashimitsk Kingdom and has the honour to declare the resolute protest concerning acceptance by official Amman so-called "president of CHR" Aly Alkhanov.

Chechens hope for changes

As is known, style of a policy in the Chechen Republic of present occupational governors is expressed in propensity to simple decisions, which seem to the Russian inhabitant the most effective.

However the expediency of operations in the Chechen Republic month from one month is reduced because of the further senselessness of <<stripping>> and blind artillery and rocket bombardments. Occupational armies are not suitable for an opposition of flying guerrilla groups of Chechens.

Medical Aid and Relief for the Children of Chechnya (MARCCH) will host a conference on political and humanitarian conditions in Chechnya. Speakers will include Lord Rea, Lord Judd, Akhmed Zakaev, Ibragim Arsanov, Oksana Antenienko, Khassan Baeiv, and others...

Location: School of Oriental & African Studies, in the great hall of the Brunei Building, London University

Entrance fee: £15 and £5 for students.

The Conference which the charity, Medical Aid and Relief for Children of Chechnya, (MARCCH),is hosting will take place on Friday 25th November 2005.

Both Professor George Hewitt, Head of Near and Middle Eastern Studies at SOAS and ´´Jeremy Putley´´ jeremy.putley@maunbyinvestments.co.uk are organising it.

It will be called Chechnya: After Maskhadov.

A shootout on September 13 between a group of armed Chechen OMON police commandos and Ingush police manning a traffic police post on the Chechen-Ingush administrative border resulted in the deaths of seven people–one Ingush police and six Chechen OMON. New Changes in Chechen Military Command

The Chechen President Dokka Umarov awarded the ranks of Brigade Generals to Colonel Suleiman Imurzaev (Hairullah), to Colonel Rabbani Khalilov and to Colonel Ahmed Evloev (Magas).

Due to changes in operational situation and in order to improve military coodination, the President  as the Armed Forces Chief created two new Fronts, North-Eastern and North-Western, on the basis on the former Northern Front as well as converted the former Eastern Front into the South-Eastern Front.

He nominated  Bridage General  Suleiman Imurzaev (Hairullah) as the South-Eastern Front Commander,  Colonel Abubakar Elmuradov as the North-Western Front Commander, Brigade General Ahmed Evloev (Magas) as the Caucasian Front Commander, Colonel Taghir Bataev as the North-Eastern Front Commander and Colonel Abubakar Basaev as the Central Front Commander.
