In the name of Allah Gracious and Merciful!
Being guided by an item of 76 Constitutions of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, on the basis of representation of the Minister of Education and science of CHRI
Enact:
To appoint the first deputy minister of Education and science of CHRI Iusupov Ilman.
The control of execution of the given Decree is reserved to the Chairman of Cabinet of CHRI. The decree comes into effect a dato.

The author - active participant of democratic movement in 80th, a member of group "Doverie" (trust). In 90th of the last century worked as the political analyst in "Literatunaja Gazeta" and a weekly journal "Vek". The unpublished notes turned into a book - a political diary of epoch of the first years of the Second Chechen war.
