In september 15, 2005 the President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, the supreme commander in chief of Armed forces of CHRI, Amir of the State Committee of Defense - Madjlisul Shura CHRI Abdul-Khalim Sadulaev signed a package of Decrees about perpetuating the memory of the second and third Presidents of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria Zelimkhan Iandarbaev (April 1996 - January 1997) and Aslan Maskhadov (January 1997 - March 2005), who became Shakhids, insha Allah, during the Second russian-Chechen war. Zelimkhan Abdul-Muslimovich Iandarbaev was born in september 12, 1952 in the village Vydrika, Verhneobinsk area of the East Kazakhstan area, Kazakh SSR in the Chechen family which was deported in February, 1944 from Old Agati Grozno (rural) area, Checheno-Ingush ASSR. PACE and Russian right protectors refuse to participate in "chechen voting" farce of the Kremlin
Russian right protecting organizations will not send their observers to the elections in the Chechen Republic. Anyway it has been declared in the centre "Memorial".
There is considered, that under the present conditions to speak about independent elections in the Chechen Republic is impossible. Earlier the similar decision has been accepted the PACE. It informs "Echo of moscow".
