| Dear Friends: If you are a Chechen Refugee and you have obtained Asylum, Refugee Status or Legal Residence in another State you must stay put and not travel to another country. The Russian Government has put out Interpol Red Alert Arrest Warrants on as many of you as possible. I am even on the one for Ilyas Akhmadov. There will then be very little anyone can do for you to prevent your extradition/deportation/ tortured and murdered. So do not travel anywhere until there is a peaceful resolution of this dispute!
