Former Foreign Minister of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, Zakayev, after a long silence again reminded about himself, with his ordinary lengthy attacks on the Caucasus Emirate and Emir Dokka Umarov.
Repeating his duty thesis that the Caucasus Emirate is allegedly the "FSB's project", Zakayev has hinted that he is advised by Russia's secret services of the nearest plans of the Lubyanka.
Former ChRI foreign minister said in an interview with "Kommersant-Vlast," that the Foreign Ministry of Russia is preparing, soon, to submit to the UN Security Council, materials, ostensibly showing the cooperation of the Georgian special services with al-Qaida.
According to him, the UN Security Council will be presented with "proof" of communication of Doku Umarov and representatives of the Caucasus Emirate with the Georgian special services.
Prelude to this is the recent statement by the leader of the "FSB of Russia" Alexander Bortnikov that Georgia has al-Qaida in their land and that the Georgians are helping to transfer the "militants" to Chechen territory.
Zakayev said that the Foreign Ministry of Russia is preparing a presentation for UN Security Council about the recognition of the Caucasus Emirate a part of al-Qaida, and materials "about the involvement of the Georgian special services will be included." He did not explain whether they had received information directly from the Lubyanka, or from their partner Kadyrov, whom he maintains close telephone contact with.
Former Foreign Minister of CRI has developed his thesis of the "project of the FSB" and declared that the creation of the Caucasus Emirate is aimed at "self-destruction of the peoples of the North Caucasus". Then Zakayev repeated his old statement that Isa Umarov, the elder brother of Movladi Udugov is "intelligence agent".
He also called Isa Umarov, "organizer and inspirer" of the attack on Dagestan. Zakayev believes that "Isa Umarov lives quietly in Istanbul and freely goes to Chechnya, meeting personally with Doku Umarov included.
"Everyone knows that this Umarov, was the organizer and inspirer of the attack on Dagestan in August 1999, after which the second war began. Everyone knows that this campaign was organized exactly by him. But strangely - none of Russia's power structures and special services of Russia, nowhere mentioned Isa Umarov ", - announced Zakayev.
Earlier the same Zakayev in the number of "holders of a hike in Dagestan" was pointing out on other names - Basayev, Khattab, Udugov, who were also "listed" in Zakayev's hand-over book as the "agents of the FSB". Chechnya as well remembers the shaven Zakayev who used to appear on television "Kavkaz" and call on President Maskhadov to "urgently support the Jihad in Dagestan, and to send volunteers".
Meanwhile, the Mujahideen, by Zakayev, who are fighting in the North Caucasus, are not agents of the FSB: it simply turns out that they are "stupefied by the ideology and sincerely believe in what they are doing. "
The "Stupefier" of the Mujahideen happens to be Sheikh Sayeed Buryatsky. Zakayev, as well as Kadyrov said that Sayeed Buryatsky "does not like the Chechens".

Responding to questions about their telephone conversations with the leader of Chechen apostates Ramzan Kadyrov and the talks in Oslo with Kadyrov's Speaker Dukvaha Abdurakhmanov, Zakayev said evasively that "he never discussed political questions with them."
With regard to his return to Chechnya from London, where Zakayev now lives, he modestly explained that of course he hopes to return, but in this situation it would be "short-sighted and a betrayal".
We recall in this connection that after the proclamation of the Caucasus Emirate, Zakayev has declared himself "the Prime Minister of the Chechen government in exile", holding a fraud with so-called "Telephone voting" with the participation of 5 former members of the dissolved Parliament of CRI, and made a statement that the FSB had paid Dokka Umarov and Movladi Udugov 500 million dollars for the proclamation of the Caucasus Emirate.
Zakayev claimed that he had "documentary proof" for that. However, so far the "proof" has not been presented.
Recall also that Zakayev himself has been repeatedly accused in cooperation with the FSB. Those charges intensified after Zakayev went to an open cooperation with the occupation regime of Kadyrov and became a de facto public relations agent of Kadyrov in Europe.
The charges against Zakayev, in cooperation with the FSB were first heard from some of the independent press, journalists and human rights activists who had previously collaborated with Zakayev.
The charges against Zakayev were also put forward by a former head of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations of CRI, Akhyad Idigov, who is the "head of the Presidium of the Chechen government" according to Idigov - Alla Dudayeva.
We point out also that after the organized by Zakayev the talks with Kadyrov, he was dismissed from his post as the so-called "Prime Minister of the Chechen government in exile" by Saralyapov, who was considered in a London group as the "Chairman of the Parliament of Chechen Republic of Ichkeria".
Saralyapov and the remaining members of parliament accused Zakayev of treachery and deceit. It turns out that Zakayev has promised that "as a result of negotiation and alliance with Kadyrov, Moscow will recognize Chechnya as an independent state by the type of Abkhazia and South Ossetia."
Zakayev himself publicly announced Saralyapov as "the head of the Chechen state", but after Saralyapov sacked Zakayev, he then straight away called him "an agent of the FSB" and refused to obey his "head of state", who previously appointed him as "prime minister".
Recall also that according to the chief editor of "Zavtra" newspaper Prokhanov, the reality of negotiations of Akhmed Zakayev with Kadyrov was Ichkeria price at which Zakayev, wanted to pass the CRI to Moscow - $ 1 US billion.
