The day of restoration of State Independence of Chechen nation

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, Who created us Muslims and blessed us with His mercy, with Jihad on His straight path to win the Paradise. Peace and blessings be to Muhammad (pbuh), the leader of all Mujahideen, his family, his disciples and all those who follow him until the Day of Judgment.

On September 6, 1991 Chechen people regained its state independence. Believed to the international law and to the justice declared by that "law", the people elected president and parliament of its country under the supervision of representatives from 27 countries and on 12 March 1992 a Constitution of the Chechen Independent State had been adopted.

By withstanding the first aggression, we again went through the international law, by conducting presidential and parliamentary elections of CRI in 1997, with the participation and observation of dozens of countries and international organizations.

By making a free choice, while respecting the right of others, the Chechen people had suggested peace and good neighborly relations Russia.

We thought that by restoring our sovereignty, the Chechen people will complete the long history of its struggle for freedom and independence, however as it turns out, mostly through testing and the main victims, we had yet to travel.

Kremlin decided to use the argument of force. The Chechen people have been put to the choice, to accept the new colonial slavery, or take up arms and to defend its Religion and Liberty.

Since then struggle has been continuing now for 16 years. Thousand innocent civilians had been killed, our compatriots dispersed in the world and the fate of remaining become a death camp, in which occupants turned our country.

From the first days of the restoration of its independence Chechen people faced a vicious aggression of Russia and the actual support of the aggression by the so-called "world community".

The reasons for this aggression, is not in us, not in the way of our actions. The reason lies in a new deceitful, oppressive world.

The past years of struggle cleared up our illusions. We finally returned to reality, cleared our minds and stand under the protection of the force, which has never and shall not deceive.

The summer of 2002 was a turning point in our consciousness. We freed from the last vestiges of doubt and fear, false perceptions and expectations, united all our forces, returned to the demands of religion of our Lord, tightly held Allah's rope, and stand on the road for revival of Islamic State.

Since then the struggle has moved to a qualitatively new level. The land of Jihad is widens. The ranks of the Mujahideen grow, strength increases, our confidence strengthens.

Almost all Muslim peoples of the North Caucasus stand up for the holy war against Russian Empire. A State Independence of Ichkeria reconstituted in 1991, became the precursor of independence of the Caucasus.

We know that victory and defeat is in the hands of Allah. Our duty is not get tired in battle, and to be patient of patients, because after the difficulty is relief.
