From: MSN NicknameEagle_wng (Original Message) Sent: 9/3/2007 10:56 PM Anti-Kadyrov's congress to be held in Moscow Publication time: 3 September 2007, 17:16 A preparation for a congress of natives of Chechnya, who are living outside the republic, is underway in Russia's capital, according to sources from Moscow. Businessmen, some pro-Russian figures, the so-called cultural and other representatives from Chechnya, who in one way or another are well-known in Chechnya and in Russia are going to participate in the congress.
The congress will be held in Moscow in September. A specific date will be announced later.
According to the organizers of the congress, they are "plan to reconcile all the opposition parties and factions, to bring together all the trustworthy Chechens for the future of Chechnya, for the prosperity and development of the republic".
However, according to the sources, the main issue to be discussed at the meeting is the situation in the country in connection with uncontrollable willfulness of Ramzan Kadyrov that affects many proxy leaders.
It is known that Malik Saidulayev, Aslanbek Aslakhanov, businessmen Vakha Agayev, Musa Bazhayev, the "deputies" Khalid Yamadayev, Akhmar Zavgayev, the former puppet prefect of Shali district Alikhadzhiyev Sherip, whom Kadyrov publicly announced a criminal and demanded his extradition from the so-called president of Ingushetia Zyazikov, are actively involved in the preparation of anti-Kadyrov's congress.
Let us remind that Alihadzhiy had been worked as a one of the deputies of the Vice-President of Ingushetia.
