To 63rd anniversary of the deportation of the Chechen and Ingush nations

On 23 February 2007, Dokka Umarov, the President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and the Amir of the CRI State Defence Counsil - Madjlisul Shura has made the appeal to the battling mujahideen, to the Chechen people and to all Muslims of the Caucasus, who experience severities and oppression of the Russian occupation.  President noted, in particular: "... On February, 23rd, 1994, President Dzhohar Dudaev by the special decree has declared this day as the Day of Rebirth of the Chechen Nation. That we have let know, that the Chechen people which has restored its own state, never will kneel and to not obey to the enemy, who during hundreds years is trying to break our will and our right to the way of life, religion and freedom" (with the complete text of appeal it is possible to become acquainted on the Chechen sites).

Action

The measures, dedicated to 63rd anniversary of the deportation of the Vaynach nations (Chechens and Ingush's) on 23 February 1944, passed in many countries of world. Mourning and protest actions, movie showings, lectures, discussions took place, besides the North Caucasus, in Copenhagen, Prague, Tokyo, Warsaw, Torino, Vienna, the cities of France, Great Britain, Belgium, USA and other countries, and also in Moscow, Chelyabinsk, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg.

On 23 February, in Copenhagen took place demonstration and meeting of Danish community and Chechen refugees, dedicated to 63rd anniversary of the deportation of Chechen people, opposite the Russian embassy. The political action of solidarity with the Chechen people was organized by Danish committee in the support to Chechnya and Chechen - Danish society of friendship.

In the actions participated tens of Danish citizens and Chechen refugees, and also the representatives of North - Caucasian peoples, which live in Denmark.

Well-known Danish social and political figures appearing at the demonstration: Thomas Bindesbal Larsen, professor Karl Erik Foverskov, religious figure pastor Hans Kristian Neerskov represented international committee A.Sakharov's name, Erik Boel they were unanimous in the fact that with respect to Chechen people in the years of physical deportation in 1944-57's , the Russian chasteners carried out genocide, victims of which became hundreds of thousands of Chechen old men, women and children.

According to those appeared, at present time with respect to Chechen people Russian authorities achieve both the military crimes and the crimes against humanity.

With the closing speech before participants in the demonstration appeared the Deputy foreign Minister CRI Ilyas Musaev.

In France, Paris, near Grande Arche over area La defense took place meeting, devoted 63rd  anniversary from the day of the deportation of Chechen's and Ingush's into Siberia and Kazakhstan and to the 13th anniversary of the proclamation of The Day of the Revival of Chechen people.

To the meeting arrived the numerous groups of Chechen's, Ingush's, Frenchmen, Canadians, and the representatives of other nationalities. Meeting, started at 2 pm and continued to 6 pm. Specially for the participation in the action from Belgium arrived delegation headed by the leader of committee on the rights of man of parliament CRI B.Beloyev. Delegations from Orlean, Meluna, Britonii, Gavri, Tkhoa, Ris Aranzhis and other France cities are arrived.

In conclusion meeting accepted the resolution, which condemns genocide of Caucasian peoples and criminal, aggressive policy of the Kremlin in the Caucasus.

On 23 February in Strasbourg, in France, took place the sanctioned meeting, dedicated to 63rd anniversary of the deportation of Chechen and Ingush peoples and to 13th anniversary of the proclamation of the Day of the Revival of Chechen people.

Action was organized by Chechen refugees, together with the public organizations and the representatives of the official authorities of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. Those appeared at the meeting the chairman of the parliament CRI Zhalaudin Saralyapov, the representative of CRI in France Musa Taipov, the well-known human rights activist Said-Emin Ibragimov noted that Europe and entire rest of world, in many years of the war of Russia against the Chechen people did not take specific measures for the stopping of sequential genocide.

Participants in the meeting recalled that during the session PACE, at which will be examined a Chechen question, from 16th to the the 20th April 2007 in Strasbourg, on sq. University during 5 days is planned to conduct sequential protest actions. It is intended to place tents on sq. University, (in which they can live desiring as reminding that the Chechens are the refugees), to place equipment for the demonstration of video and photo documents about genocide against the Chechen people. Will be also invited Chechen poets, writers, artists, dancing ensembles, etc., so that all desiring would see, that Chechens, despite not on what, weren't lose their courage.

During the day of the studying Chechen problem in the PACE, it is planned to conduct two kilometer march from sq. University, to the building of the Council of Europe, where meeting will take place. Participants in the meeting were handled request to all, to whom was not indifferent fate and future of Chechen people, to take comprehensive part in the planned actions.

As some Russian media report, in Moscow and Petersburg passed the actions against the war in Chechnya, timed to 63rd anniversary of the mass deportation of Chechen's and Ingush's into Siberia and into Central Asia on 23 February 1944.

On 19 February in the Itum-Kalinsk district of the country, in the district of village Ushkaloy, the saboteur team of the mujahideen blew up the group of kafir's, which conducted terrain reconnaissance. As a result of undermining 2 kafir's are liquidated and 2 more are heavily injured. There are no losses from the side of the mujahideen.

On 20 February in the Kurchaloyevskiy district CRI in the forest tract, in the course of the realization of ambush actions it is destroyed 4 kafir's. Several occupiers are injured. The details of operation are refined.

As reported one of the commanders of the mujahideen, amir Yasir, which many years fighting in CRI against Russian kafir's and heads one of the subdivisions of the mujahideen, along the road Avtury - Serjen-yourt was blown up the Ural with the occupiers.
