Guided by articles 75 and 76 constitutions of Chechen republic Ichkeria and by CRI law "about martial law", President of Chechen republic Ichkeria, Amir of Madjlisul Schura CRI Dokka Umarov with edict N115 of March 3rd, 2007, appointed Sup'yan Abdullayev as vice President of CRI.
Brief information
Sup'yan Abdullayev, Chechen, native from Khattuni village of Vedeno region CRI. He belongs to Tsadakharoy teip. He was born on November 8th, 1956, in Kazakhstan deportation. Has secular and spiritual education. He stood at the sources of Islamic traditions revival and values in Caucasus and Chechnya, one of the most authoritative Islamic leaders of Caucasus. Since 1994, beginning of first Russian - Chechen war, he positioned on rank of mujahideen. Sup'yan occupied a number of crucial posts in Chechen republic Ichkeria government. The most important leader's quality during war also in daily life he's considering a personal example; therefore he uses indisputable authority among common mujahideen and Muslims.
At fronts of Russian - Caucasian war
Combat situation at fronts of Russian - Caucasian war continues to remain stressed. In different regions CRI and Caucasus mujahideen carry out successful operations against united bands of russian aggressors and their marionettes from number of local national- traitors.
As source in Chechen command reports, in gorge of river Bass in Vedeno region CRI in course of local military engagements with shaping of occupational special force, which occurred on March 18th and 19th, 4 kafir's was destroyed and somewhat are injured. From Chechen side 1 mujahideen became Shahid (insha Allah). Other details doesn't communicate.
On March 18th in Itum-Kalinsk region of country the bitter skirmish of mujahideen forces with band of munafik's occurred. Data about results of collision thus didn't come. In this case russian artillery delivered impacts on forest tracts during 8 hours. Firing also continued on March 19th night. Communications about victims among innocent civilians and losses among mujahideen as a result of these firings thus didn't come. One kafir- mercenary was liquidated in Dzhokhar capital of country. According to data source, on March 19th late in evening Chechen saboteurs shot group of mercenaries in Zavodskoy region of capital. As a result of operation 1 mercenary was killed, 1 more injured. As sources from CRI reports, in course of special operation in Dzhokhar, FSB agent from number of Chechen munafik's on nickname "pirate" was liquidated, on whom conscience were tens of crimes against mujahideen and peaceful citizens CRI. Source reports that "pirate" liquidation was realized already on March 7th. Details are not given; however, it is known that there is a video recording of FSB agent destruction.
Source in Chechen command reported that in Nozhay-Yurtovskiy region of country on March 19th column of Russian kafir's was blown up. BMP had put out of action and, at least, 3 occupiers were killed. Details of mujahideen special operation are refined.
As occupational sources report, in center of Gimry settlement of Untsukulskiy region of Daghestan (native land of imam Shamil) with 5 am on March 19th group of Daghestan mujahideen went into action with munafik's. Subdivisions of russian kafir's were advanced to munafik's aid. After completion of mudjahideen special operation, they fell back to their base, kafir's and munafik's opened indiscriminate firing at house, where allegedly mudjahideen could be located, as a result of which they heavily wounded peaceful inhabitant of village. It is reported that among munafik's there are losses, in particular, perforating fragmentation injury of arm obtained so-called "chief of criminal search Buynaksk ROVD". Marionette don't speak about real losses. Results of Daghestan mudjahideen operation are refined.
According to communications of occupational sources, on March 21 at railway station of Karabulak Ingush city, in one of accommodations the corpses of two shot down collaborationists from band "OVD" are discovered. Surnames of those killed - Tumgoyev and Tsoroyev, both lived in Ordzhonikidzevskaya. Occupiers assert that weapon of liquidated "militiamen" and weapon in "guard" room isn't touched. Circumstances of occurred are refined.
According to communications of occupational sources, at least, 2 FSB officers were injured on night March 21 as a result of firing by mujahideen. Attack occurred in suburb of Dzhokhar on highway, which leads from Petropavlovsk to side of Noviy Tsentaroy village. UAZ motor vehicle, in which kafir's were located, had fired from passed motor vehicle "Zhiguli". Kafir's don't report about condition of injured. Mujahideen without losses left from the place of conducting operation.
By several days earlier, in district of Argun city mujahideen fired motor vehicle with russian terrorists, as a result of which, as occupiers assert, 1 soldier - mercenary was injured. As in this case, mujahideen were moved on passenger automobile of "Zhiguli" model. Information from Chechen sources about results of this operation thus didn't come.
Staff representative of Northeastern Front MF CRI reported about loss of NEF MF CRI commander, amir Takhir (Takhir Batayev), Shahid, insha Allah!
As source reported, Amir Takhir arrived in Gudermes with operational purposes. On March 21 Chechen commander randomly stumbled on armed kafir's and munafik's and joined with them in battle. To surrender requirement Amir Takhir opened fire for effect. Battle lasted about 1,5 hour. As a result of bitter unequal battle amir Takhir became Shahid (insha Allah!), after destroying and wounding several munafik's and kafir's. According to specified data amir Takhir killed and wounded not less than 7 munafik's and kafir's in this battle. According to data of Chechen sources, on March 22 in region of Eshelkhatoy village of Vedeno region CRI, 3 kafir's were destroyed from so-called "Special Force" staff. After completion of battle russian side delivered artillery impacts on Eshelkhatoya and Shamil-Cotar environments. Information about victims among innocent civilians and mujahideen didn't come. In Daghestan city Khasavyurt on friday, 23 March in 6 am local time as a result of unequal battle with bands of russian occupiers and local national-traitors mujahadeen KF Rustam Bashayev was perished.
Punitive action was conducted on Kandaurovskaya street. Terrorists from "Special Force MVD" and "FSB" in territory of Daghestan blocked house, where was located Bashayev. To proposal to lay down weapons and surrender, mujahideen opened fire on terrorists. As a result of unequal battle Rustam became Shahid (insha Allah!).
Earlier, as kafir's indicate, Rustam Bashayev repeatedly joined into battles with kafir's and munafik's in Khasavyurt and broke out encirclement. Occupiers already several years attempted to take prisoner 29 years old native of Nuradilov village of Khasavyurt republic region. Approximately one year ago with conducting of a similar punitive action in Khasavyurt, terrorists already declared about his murder. However, with subsequent selections of consuming house obstructions, where, supposedly, mujahideen was located, his body wasn't discovered.
As occupational sources reported, on night March 24th between the mobile group of mujahideen and "Vostok" band of munafik's occurred the battle. Battle was such intensive and bitter that munafik's inquired aid in kafir's. According to communications of occupational media, to marionettes from "Vostok" with aid were urgently bands "Yug", FSB, MVD and MO RF. This entire armada was directed against 10 mujahideen, if we believe to russian communications.
War shooting unrolled in Vedeno region of country, in several kilometers from Tazen- Kala villages. Kafir's and munafik's assert that as a result of battle 4 mujahideen perished. In this case about their losses, as always, nothing they report. Information from Chechen side about results of this engage thus didn't come.
On Saturday, on March 24th, near populated area of Gehi-Chew in Urus-Martanovskiy region CRI, as a result of controlled explosive device explosion, 2 occupiers obtained heavy injuries, 1 of them more lately passed away in the hospital. It is reported that kafir's from band formation "MVD of Russia" attempted to conduct operation on "nomination of ambush"; however, themselves burn into it. Meanwhile russian marionettes from number of local national-traitors again "found" sequential hiding-place with weapon in Vedeno region of country not far from Tsa-Vedeno village. In three polyethylene bags, allegedly, 15 mortar projectiles were stored, four grenade dischargers RPG-Y", two mines, two grenades, and also a large quantity of cartridges.
Not for whom in CRI it is secret, that kafir's and munafik's, attempting to create visibility although some of work, very frequently "find" by themselves the preliminarily buried hiding-places. From very beginning of war by such "findings" especially was famous bandits from Moscow and Saint Petersburg, so that even among the medium terrorists themselves was formed the saying: "how much find?"-"How much they brought, so many and found!"
Genocide
On Monday, on March 19th, in Borzoi settlement Shatoyskiy region CRI by kremlin terrorists with complicity of local national-traitors the local resident were stolen, 32 years old Rizvan Vagapov. Russian occupiers "accused" young Chechen of the fact that his "participated in the attack on militiamen in Daghestan in 1999". Further fate and location of that stolen, until now, are not known.
Occupational sources reported on March 22 that in CRI, allegedly, were seized 4 mujahideen. However, according to data from local sources of kafir's they stole 4 innocent civilians, who are earlier, as early as 2001, they were returned hearth so-called "amnesty" and they openly lived all this time in their houses. Those stolen lived in Argun city, and in Avtury and Stariye Atagi settlements.
Let us recall that President CRI, Dokka Umarov in his last radio address indicated that arrests and thefts of previously "amnesty" in CRI and in Russia territory occur constantly.
During the same day, on March 22, occupational sources stated that in Daghestan city Khasavyurt, mujahideen from subdivision of Daghestan Front (commander amir Rabbani) was captured, which allegedly participated in attack on the band "Vostok" during January 2007.
However, in several hours from Daghestan arrived information about fact that the captured "mujahideen" proved to be former miller, who now works in the cell connection of Daghestan. They let go miller, but occupational media gave no information about this.
In CRI south, in Shatoy region, on March 24th russian occupiers committed sequential crime. Group of russian terrorists under command of colonel lieutenant Aleksey Korgun from so-called "Shatoy military commendatory" shot 3 women in outskirts of populated Urdyukhoy area, in wooded country, where women gathered wild garlic. As a result of crime one of women, the 40 years old teacher of local school perished, and 2 others obtained heavy injuries. All three women from one family - Mutakovykh, two sisters and daughter-in-law. With approximation of terrorists, woman attempted to explain the purpose of their march into forest by gestures at a distance; however, fire for effect was opened on them.
Kafir's crime obtained such resonance that even regular "lawyer" of occupiers and munafik's in CRI, so-called "authorized on the man rights" national-traitor Nurdi Nukhazhiyev was forced to note that "Korgun group deliberately and consciously opened fire for effect from small arms to women, who gathered wild garlic. This occurred in daytime. They clearly saw that women are located before them and it cannot be any error of speech. Servicemen continue to commit crimes against citizen because impunity, which reigns through the fault of servicemen courts".
Information: Nurdi Saydiyevich Nukhazhiyev, was born in 1955, native of Gudermesskiy region CRI, from Gordaloy teip. On the assertion of Nukhazhiyev himself, he is "Doctor of Economics" and "jurist of international class".
History with juridical education of Nukhazhiyev remains obscure; however, it is widely-known that economic "education" his obtained in the 90's, when "rocked air" in Ukhta city in Komi republic, where in 1997 he was delayed by Russian special services for illegal financial operations (false aviso) and was recruited as agent.
In 1998, by assignment of special services was inculcated by first deputy representative president CRI in Gudermes region for destabilization of situation in this region. Immediately after sequential occupation by Russia of Chechen republic Ichkeria his went to aggressors service.
Refugees
Sources from CRI report that leader of Chechen munafik's, Kadyrov threatens to marionette officials by violence, if those not "clean" refugees from city, who spoil the picture of "restoration", until 1 April.
On March 19th of year in PVR, located along Malgobekskaya street in capital CRI, arrived "commission" in composition of representatives from occupational "administration of Leninist region" and terrorists from band "Leninist ROVD". It turned out that "commission" had to propose, and if necessary and force inhabitants PVR to write the statements of following content: "in connection with departure on the place of basic residence I please you to remove from registration calculation on the form № 7 me and members of my family in the composition...".
When people began to be agitated by a relation similar to themselves, the arrived bandits threatened to evict all inhabitants PVR until 1 April, 2007, regardless of the fact, they will write statements or not. Inhabitants PVR attempted to explain by marionettes and to bandits that by them nowhere to go, besides as to the street, but to them they objected, after saying that in each the relatives, distant or close, brothers and sisters, who will shelter them will be located. As it is noted in communication, in PVR live the most deprived and unhappy people, which huddle in close rooms on several men. Among them large-family families, are sick and old people, the child- invalids. Almost all tenants PVR - unemployed.
Justice on -Russian
Ever larger revolutions collects in Russia and in occupied Chechen republic Ichkeria company for pursuit of activists from international and local human rights organizations. Under the diverse devised pretexts occupational authorities prevent the work of these organizations, and sometimes even manufacture criminal cases, tossing up to members of such organizations weapon, etc. As it became recently known, in Dzhokhar occupied, occupational "law court" planted into russian concentration camp for three years of colleague the international non-government organization World Vision International Salambek Evloyev. As assert occupiers, "during November of past year in official motor vehicle of organization, in which was located Yevloyev, were allegedly discovered BY SVU (home-made explosive devices), two Kalashnikov automatic rifles, so-called" belt of the martyr "and radio station".
"Law court" recognized Yevloyev "as guilty of crime accomplishment" and sent into concentration camp, which on punitive slang is called the "correctional colony of general regime".
Occupiers, the national- traitors
Russian occupational media reported that in occupied CRI were delayed 4 high ranking national-traitors from band "central administrative apparatus UGRO", that extorted in one of local inhabitants bribe about 20 thousands dollars. For this sum they promised to woman to free her husband whom was previously stolen themselves. Source refused to report the surname of delayed munafik's, justifying this fact that certain "consequence" in this matter only begins.
In Ingushetia on Friday, on March 23rd , about 12am local time in settlement badgers is not far from his house stolen 72 years old Uruskhan Zyazikov - uncle murat Zyazikov, marionette "President" Ingushetia, father of Ruslanbek Zyazikova, leader of protection Murata Zyazikova.
