The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria testifies the respect of Ministries of Foreign Affairs Khashimitsk Kingdom and has the honour to declare the resolute protest concerning acceptance by official Amman so-called "president of CHR" Aly Alkhanov.
Citizen Alu Alhanov took part in military aggression of the Russian Federation against the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (1994-1996), as one of the most active military criminals.
According to the conclusion of the peace Treaty between Moscow and Jokhar (Grozno) A.Alhanov tried to return to the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and on this basis, having sworn on the sacred Koran, in the presence of Chechen general - shakhid Hamzat Gelaev and of dear elders, that he regrets and no more will be at war against Chechen people and legitimate authority of CHRI, was pardoned.
However, during the second military aggression against the Chechen state and his people, oath recreant Alu Alkhanov not only took active participation in military aggression against his own people, but also was one of the founders of so-called "squadron of death", on which conscience lay tens thousand human lifes.
Supreme political authority of Khashimitsk Kingdom during the reception of a military criminal, mentioning interests of both Chechen and Jordanian peoples and possible friendly relationship between our peoples, mentions repeatedly, that we have also spiritual relationship on the ground that we are moslems.
In view of such applications, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria informs Ministry of Foreign Affairs Khashimitsk Kingdom, that a mention of our sacred religion in the given context, at least, is blasphemous.
Knowing sympathies of peoples of the Islamic world to distressful Chechen people in its aspiration to freedom granted by God , official Jokhar (Grozno) informs authority of Khashimitsk Kingdom on the sincere regret concerning the given misunderstanding, as not stimulating the peace, freedom and stability in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, and stimulating justification of military aggression of our native land, military reprisals and murders of 28 % of our compatriots.
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria takes this case to testify Ministry of Foreign Affairs Khashimitsk Kingdom the constant respect.
