If we believe the two reports of professional liers from the FSB, there is nobody left any more to "surrender" to the Russians in Chechnya. Nevertheless, they extended their "amnesty" until September 30.
Meanwhile, the local puppet "Chechen TV" showed the "surrendered militants". Strangely, they are the same people who " voluntarily laid down the arns" some time ago, long before the the start of the Russian "surrender" and "amnesty" propaganda campaign, told a spokesman of Military Committee of CRI Majlisul Shura State Defence Council to the Kavkaz Center news agency.
