"About the Representative of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija"
In the name of Allah Gracious and Merciful!
Being guided by article 73 of the Constitution of Chechen Republic Ichkerija,
I enact:
1. To appoint Visit Ibragimov as Representative of CHRI in Austrian Republic.
2. The control of execution of the given decree I leave behind myself.
3. The decree inures from the date of its signing.
