In the name of Allah, Gracious, Merciful! Praise to Allah, Master of the worlds. The Peace and blessings to Prophet Muhammad, to his family, his askhabs and all who follows a direct way up to Judgement Day!
Dear brothers and sisters, dear compatriots! It is executed 62 years since that day when the criminal Kremlin clique has made the act of massmurder of Vainakh people. Violent deportation of Chechens and ingushs to Kazakhstan and Central Asia, carried out with usual cruelty for the Russian executioners, cost to our people of hundreds thousand people who were lost during mass executions, from famine, cold and illnesses. There was no vainakh family which during this deportation would not lose relatives and close people. Our villages were seized by immigrants and renamed, our property plundered, our cemeteries profaned.
As has truly said Aslan Maskhadov (Shakhid, insha Allah!) this pain and these losses will never be "history" for us, because it is a part of our tragical modernity. In such days as this is shown deep connection between epoch and generations. And when us ask, why we, deprived the help and support on the part of other mankind, and assigning the hopes and thoughts only on favour of Supreme Allah, we conduct so unequal war with the Russian imperial predator, we answer: we battle also for that no more happened that the Russian executioners have done above our people on February, 23, 1944!
Our enemies are at war with us to enthral us and to destroy as people, and we are at war to be free and to live. And if we also die, only on a direct way of Allmighty Allah, for a way of sacred Jihad for our Belief, Freedom and Fatherland! And this simple truth cannot be concealed with any lie, any propagation.
In the beginning of 90th years of past century we have risen on emancipating struggle because as one Chechen has told, ash of Haibakh beates in our hearts!
And in these words the deep sense is incorporated. The settlement Haibakh in which the Russian executioners burned alive more than 700 Chechen women, children and old men, remain an eternal symbol of that epoch, and ashes of these burnt will beat in hearts of all generations of Chechens. But the list of the Russian evil deeds on our land since then has immeasurably grown, having strengthened our intention to not give to leave from fair punishment to modern Russian executioners and murderers. The Evil, left without punishment, comes back again, getting even more stronger and impudent, and the certificate to this are today's crimes of the Russian aggressors on our land.
