Ministry of Foreign Affairs of CHRI testifies the high respect of the International organization "Doctors without borders" and asks this influential organization to use all authority for a direction in CHRI of a group of independent medical experts with the purpose of objective investigation of cases of mass poisonings of Chechen children.
As you probably know from Russian and other MASS-MEDIA, in several areas of CHRI, mainly in northern areas, there was a poisoning of children from 8 till 14 years. A poisoning heavy, with possible pathological consequences. The reasons and a source of a poisoning till now are not identified. The occupational regime sounds different versions, including the version "psychological frustration".
Local, Chechen doctors and experts are careful to deny "the official diagnosis" though have moral, legal and other objective reasons to not trust "the diagnosis" of the Russian side. Moreover, that fact, that among 90 % which have poisoned more children are female, give all bases to assert, that the newest psychotropic weapon with effect of defeat of the certain floor is applied or tested on territorie of CHRI.
Isolability of the Chechen ghetto from an external world does not inspire optimism on objective investigation by involving the international institutes who have accepted a position of the indifferent observers and politically engaged people.
Dear ladies and gentelmen, in this connection, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of CHRI once again asks you to insist on independent investigation of a poisoning of Chechen children and to accept in this mission direct participation.
