• And if our offers about the world are not accepted and are not supported by those to whom they are addressed - by Russia and the international community, I have to ascertain, that we have no other way but only power decision of the conflict.

• Bush should realize that his policy is non-interference in "chechen affairs", does not promote strengthening of safety but only strengthens terror.

• In Europe the generation with excellent education, hotly adhered to their Fatherland and traditions grow up, the generation of the Chechen boys and girls who, without any doubts, in due course will become "golden fund" of the independent Chechen State.

• In the world there should be one law for all peoples, without regard to race, religion, quantity and other attributes. Otherwise, there will be one on all lawlessness.

• In Russia, I am sure in it, sooner or later such forces will come in authority who will be interested in court above a clique of Putin for all crimes, accomplished by him, both in the Chechen Republic, and in Russia.

• In the Chechen Republic there is one of the most severe wars on a planet, there is a destruction of people.

• In the Chechen Republic there are no terrorists • suicides... In the Chechen Republic on self• sacrifice are going those who, by virtue of physical and emotional severe injury, may not live further.

• A true way of approach of the world to the Chechen Republic • is continuation and, whenever possible, escalation of resistance to invaders.

• Vladimir Putin tries to impose to Europe the understanding of war with terror, which means murder of children and women, ethnic cleanings, falsification of elections, suppression of a freedom of speech, a racial discrimination, route of democratic institutes, and destruction of a civil society.

• Instead of stabilizing position in the Chechen Republic, putin's policy threatens to destabilize all Caucasus, having transformed it in a nursery of terrorism and a symbol for recruitment of supporters radical islamists worldwide.

• Punishment to the Russian murderers and their helpers from among national• traitors, certainly, is a part of our struggle, but it should be directed on guilty, instead of on innocent.

• General treachery of Chechen people which witnesses we today have become, is for us not tragedy as someone mischievously believes, but great ablution of consciousnesses, disposal of the illusions dangerous to the existence of Chechens as ethnos.

• Intrusion of the Russian armies into the Chechen Republic is not "restoration" of territorial integrity RF", but direct military aggression of one state against other one, the aggression based on force and a legal arbitrariness.
