My credo - to battle for Belief and to live
Only soa that life was not gone all for nothing.
I am ready on altar of Jihad to put
And in a name of Supreme any victim...
Though and kafir with munafik with meanness
To me on a head strew intrigues and troubles,
I know, will stand a monument of honour to mine,

_ In the state there should be one authority, basing on support of people, instead of a separate clan or movement.
_ In the history of the Chechen Republic there was no case when Chechens would invite mercenaries. Under our laws and for our psychology it is full nonsence - In our lines fight representatives of several Islamic countries - they came to the Chechen Republic by call of heart, in the name of Allah and carry out the duty before Supreme.
_ Great Gazavat is not war with the seen opponent, it is war internal, with yourself, for the improvement and knowledge, for removal from yourself all that contradicts requirements of the Creator.
_ Supreme calls us to speak only the truth. Both leaders, and press should speak the truth.
_ The state needs to be built all together: both with Maskhadov, and with Basaev, both with Jandarbaev, and with Arsenov, and with the others. There is noone else to do it.
_ _Daghestanians and ingushs are at war on their land. Dagestan, Ingushetia and the Chechen Republic is the uniform country - Nana degiasta. Representatives of other peoples of Caucasus too are at war on their land as the Chechen Republic - is a part of Caucasus, our common Native land.
_ If the head of the state follows Laws of Supreme Allah, him it is necessary to support, help him. It is our duty as moslems. But also to stop the head if he is not right, too is our sacred duty.
_ If Russians could split us they for a long time would rule in the Chechen Republic without problems and cares.
_ Unfortunately, many of us present Laws of Allah, begining with rigid requirements and punishments for mistakes while we all over again should impart love to the Islam and full trust to laws of the Shariyat. It can be achieved only by great patience, high iman, the nobleness and kindness.
_ Many qualities the Muslim leader should have. His diligence should be an example for associates. He should be ready to meet the morning visitor with a smile even if did not sleep all night .
_ We should analyze each lived day, asking ourselves: "Whether I have made all, what was in my forces today?". Only so we can achieve success in business of bridling of criminality at construction of the state.
_ We precisely should understand to ourselves one thing: the state builds, preserves, develops, strengthens people, instead of separate persons or the Cabinet.
_ We constantly speak about Allah, but in hearts of ours we do not realize up to the end His Force, Power and Mercy. Realize it to the full, we would not make objectionable to him acts.
_ We (Chechens) shall be at war until Russian invaders do not abandon our land.
_ We (Chechens) as never, critically should approach to each step watch each spoken word. This is no place for emotions. All forces, if it is required - life, each of us should be ready to give to people and the state.
_ We (Chechens) need to build the state where will grow daily iman, well-being of people to revive and stronger our fine customs.
