War in Chechnya cannot be the "internal affair" of Russia

When during the May of 1945 the Soviet Union finished war with Germany, it seemed to many that all wars remained in the past. It did not come out. Already in the same year Stalin attacked in Japan and got involved in the Civil War in China. And then were Korea and Egypt, Vietnam and Afghanistan.

Russia warred more than 50 times in 56 years. And there was not one year for the respite. Conditionally all wars can be subdivided into five large groups: those, in which the USSR appeared as one of the opposing sides; war between the third sides; Civil Wars abroad; participation in the civil conflicts on the post-Soviet space, the operation on the "guidance of constitutional order" and on the cultivation of marionette regimes beyond its limits.

Putin, beginning his bloody adventure in Chechnya, thought that found the trump in the Caucasian game, piling to the neck of the Chechen people of the old agent of KGB Akhmad Kadyrov, but very soon Russian President "was orphaned" and did not know, whom pick out from the gray mass of collaborationists, who could fix trouble-free operation, neglected in Chechnya the infernal machine.

Later, the former officer of KGB understood that stopping the conflict begun in him impossibly went by means of destabilizations, and the war shooting in Chechnya reached not only a deadlock, but also, moreover, they were wrapped up against Moscow itself. Once the powerful Red Army now is demoralized by war. The combat spirit of occupation forces fell to the minimum level, because even major portions suffer large losses from the attacks of the mujahadeen.

Not so long ago observers not without purpose were disturbed, that the conflict in Chechnya will be extended beyond the limits of its boundaries, and the explosive potential of Chechnya has already been extended on entire North Caucasus. So that now a question entirely is not in that, will be it extended. Time has come to think about that, when this propagation cease, and will it cease generally?

All this time Putin carried out his policy before his foreign colleagues very deftly. War in Chechnya declares for them the internal affair of Russia, then the problem, connected with the "international terrorism". Everything depends on concrete situation and that how it is profitable to Putin to tax at the given moment. But if we agree with the putin and recognize that he wars with the "international terrorism" then war in Chechnya cannot be the internal affair of Russia, how much its leaders did not say about the retention of the territorial integrity of empire.
