Them surprises, how in traditional egalitarian Chechen society, even at strengthened "social selection" of the Kremlin, in the person Kadirov jr. might appear the hybrid of Islam Kadirov with African emperor - cannibal Bokasso, as nice, as a hybrid of a spider with a hyena. However in this case, "social-economical" explanations fit the most.
All the matter is that "economical" maintenance of the armed gang of the bandits who have been not fastened by any idea is a very dangerous and troublesome occupation. The gangster of the Chechen origin who found a haven in such grouping under the Russian flag, will never be content with the poor means assigned for the maintenance of military divisions on the Russian norms. Do not want to offend vermins - mercenaries of Russian nationality, but the vermin of the Chechen nationality estimates the dog service much above and is sold much more expensively. To hold in control a band of the Chechen criminals, giving out them the salary of usual Russian contract fighter, is basically impossible - not that place, not that mentality. Therefore the task facing Kadirov, is completely not simple. In the Chechen Republic remember sad experience of his predecessor, leader of the gang with a military rank of colonel of FSK of Russian Federation Ruslan Labazanov who was killed by the own subordinate who has disappeared then with cash and gold reserves of a native band.
Kadirov needs the constant environment from devoted bayonets, but fidelity for bayonets need money inflow of which is necessary to provide with numerous ways and ways are constantly not in harmony with the criminal code.
