The resolution
"About deprivation of parliamentary immunity to the deputy of the Parliament of CHRI A.Shahgiriev"
In the name of Allah Gracious and Merciful!
The service of National Safety has addressed to Parliament of CHRI, with the request for removal of parliamentary immunity from the deputy of Parliament A.Shahgiriev, for realization of investigatory actions. Were given Preliminary materials about A.Shahgiriev's activity directed to the detriment of our state.
The credential committee of Parliament, on the basis of the given materials, has made the offer to vote for removal of parliamentary immunity from the deputy of Parliament A.Shahgiriev.
According to Constitution of CHRI, item 62, item 68 Parliament of CHRI
Decides:
1. To deprive the deputy of the Parliament of CHRI A.Shahgiriev of parliamentary immunity.
2. To service of National Safety to give results of investigation to the Parliament of CHRI, for acceptance of the further measures.
3. The decision inures from the date of its signing.
