"As for the rest, beautiful marquess, everything is OK in the Chechen Republic , everything is OK"
The situation prevalent in the Chechen Republic , very much reminds, in what marquess appeared to be from the old song, to whom had burned manor with all her goods. However, marquess' housemaid, enumerating disasters which had been overtaken by her, adds each time: " As for the rest, beautiful marquess, everything is OK, everything is OK ".
In this case Russian occupational authority plays a role of housemaid in the Chechen Republic . In the republic everything burns with dark blue flame, but the Russian propagation, with a peculiar cynicism, with all its might draws a picture about normalization of a situation in republic, and even it is being planned and overplanned the rock - festival. As though even without it the malicious rock does not soar upon the Chechen Republic .
Murder, kidnapping, even the whole families, became the daily routine a long time ago. So the inhabitants of the village Borozdinovskaia have already abandoned their dwellings for the second time, and moved to the Dagestan territory, hoping for protection from the Dagestan authorities against Chechen polpots.
It is necessary to note, that inhabitants of Borozdinovskaia are not exceptions among other inhabitants of republic upon whom has fallen Russian " constitutional legality ". Similar Russian "legality" is being experienced pactically by all inhabitants of republic.
The inhabitants of the Chechen Republic absolutely do not have any legal person. And how can we speak about rights and legality, human rights and a similar terminology in occupied CHRI are only an empty phrases.
Chechens living in Borozdinovskaia were even lucky, because among them live a lot of ethnic Dagestanians who are able to afford themselves to leave their dwellings and ask for the help in Dagestan . Thanks to the fact that the world has learned from Dagestanians about the riot in Borozdinovskaia, being done by ranking Russians and their puppets. And for the rest, in the Chechen Republic as it is sung in a song - " everything is OK, everything is OK ".
Not only the puppet armed structures are committing excesses, also so-called " administrative structures " fall abreast of them. Each administrative part of occupational structures, among other impartial functions, is also instance on gathering bribes from the population.
For example, to receive the internal passport it is necessary to pay three thousand roubles, otherwise the reception of the passport is delayed for five - six months. And with reception of the passport the matters stand with more dramatically, which terms of reception are adjusted by the certain tariffs.
In order to receive the foreign passport within one month it is necessary to bribe officials at a rate of 400 dollars, the delivery for ten days costs 600 dollars, and for the delivery within three days is necessary to lay out 800 dollars. And for the rest in the Chechen Republic , - " everything is OK, everything is OK ".
Puppet officials make profit by selling everything, that is possible to sell. It is not a secret, that from so-called 300 thousand roubles compensation payed for the loss of dwellings, sufferers receive, at the best only half of it. whatever puppet officials do to make a profit out of these indemnifications.
One should pay the bribe of one thousand dollars in administrative district or city, and everyone can receive under its name the certificate about the loss of dwelling, which had never been in possession in reality and which, naturally, had not been lost.
And after drawing up of such "certificate", the puppet authority gives out to the given person 150 thousand roubles from 300 for "the loss" of dwellings.
Recently in republic there have been going a large-scale sale of the ground areas. It is interesting, that puppets sell not only the pasturable lands which have not been touched by the legitimate authority of CHRI, but even those lands which "had been received" by the population from the Soviet authority.
So, the inhabitants of the town Urus-Martan, having received ground areas on northern outskirts of the town in 1989 from the Soviet authority, in 2005 they have been compelled to pay thousand dollars for each 10 hundredth part of the ground which have been their property for 16 years.
But the lands of those who could not pay this sum, were sold to anothers for two thousand dollars for each 10 handredth part, with the delivery of new documents on these ground areas. The former owners documents of the ground area will not be taken into account, if they do not pay the specified bribe of one thousand dollars.
In the town Argun where known criminal Timerbaev Ibragim has been apponted "mayor" by occupants, a situation is properly the same.
Adjoining lands to the town were sold for 60 thousand roubles for each handreddth part, and the grounds of the town Argun boundaries were sold under the price from 150 and up to 300 thousand roubles for six handredth part. Thus were sold also those ground areas which are situated directly under the high-voltage lines of the electric system.
In Djokhar, where simply and unpretentiously also is appointed "mayor" Timerbaev (brother of that Argun collaborator Ibashki), so-called refusal on one-room apartment on the basis of which the warrant is registered, costs 4 thousand dollars. Refuasal on two-room - 8 thousand dollars. And it is in those houses which require major overhaul.
Similar sort of facts of a triumph of the Russian law is simply unable to re-read. Well, as for the rest in the Chechen Republic , as sung in a song - " everything is OK, everything is OK".
