A few words about Najmuddin Gotsinski

The destiny of all family and relatives of imam Najmuddin Gotsinski tragically finished also. In accordance with a verdict of Russian occupants his 16-year-old son, two daughters and both all close and distant relatives were shot.
Najmiddin very well understood the psychology of mountain people who lived with more imagination, rather than positive consciousness. Nevertheless, N.Gotsinski's language of appeal towards highlanders was convincing, clear and it strongly influenced upon their superstitious imagination.
Gotsinki used to say: "I am a shepherd, and I do not want to achieve khanate. I am a slave of Allah, and in this business I call you to help me. One who retreated from helping me, would be my enemy in the next world before the terrible Court.
If the person among you, tells, that he will not obey to the shepherd, I will respond him: if for this duty there is someone suitable and ready to offer his life in the name of Allah I will be the first who will obey him and be ready to clean his footwear".
Gotsinski perfectly understood spirits of highlanders, and excellently used them in armed conflicts with imperial armies during an interval between two revolutions 1905 and 1917. In consciousness of the certain part of people Najmuddin was the carrier of imam Shamil's traditions, the observer of belief and the avocate of people rights.
When the Soviet Russia was under the threat of followers of Deninkin, with the slogans about restoration of uniform and indivisible Russian empire and a monarchy, the parliament of Mountain Republic of Northern Caucasus was split into two groupings: supporters and opponents of Denikin intrusions into Dagestan .
Moslems have got again on dodges of faithless: they managed to split into two camps. One can be mistaken. Only one Allah is not mistaken. There were cases, when the Envoy of Allah (a.s.s). was mistaken, but Allah would improve him, therefore there is nothing surprising, that does not matter whatever sheikh, let they even be twice the sheikh - ul-islam, people were, they are just like those people who may be mistaken, and they are not insured from mistakes.
And more famous is the sheikh, the more strong is his iman (belief), and all the more is he subject to intrigues of the shaitan, because the Evil One does everything to bring down him from the right way as behind him is a set of people following him, and moslems listen to him.
But he even may not know it. How might so happen, that in Dagestan and the Chechen Republic antidenikin adjusted part of moslems - sheikh - ul-islam Ali-Hadzhi Akushinski and other supporters of independence of Caucasian highlanders responded to an appeal of bolsheviks to struggle against the capture of Dagestan and the Chechen Republic accomplished by Denikin, and they supported atheists, whereas generals Halilov, Alihanov, Aratshanov and spiritual leaders of moslems - Najmuddin Gotsinski, sheikh Abdul-Basir Kazanishchenski, acted on the denikiners side?
Obviously, our ancestors have forgotten the warning from the Sacred Koran about, that moslems should not make friends with faithless people, and those instrucitons in which is discussed the necessity of Jihad (fard-1ain) are following:
1. When the enemy has stepped onto the ground of one of the Muslim countries, and has set the armies even if it was a plot of land or waste ground, or even a place allocated for a dump of garbage, inhabitants of this country are obliged to act against oppressor and this appears for them fard-1ain. They should be mobilized, even if it is hard for them.
To come out for Jihad are all obliged - young and old. If the inhabitants of this country could not expel the enemy, then the obligation passes to moslems from the adjacent countries and so on while this obligation does not pass to all Muslim grounds. Because all Muslim grounds are one country, and there are no disagreements among scientists (Shafi1i "Al-Umma" 170:4).
In the sacred Koran it is told: "I those who have come to believe! Fight with those kafirs who are close to you and let them see severity in you , and know, that Allah is with godfearing people". Sura "Tauba", aiat 123.
2. When imam has declared mobilization and called to act on Jihad. The envoy of Allah (a.s.s). Has told in one of his khadis: "There is no Hidjras after the Mecca victories, but Jihad and intentions will stay. If you are called to be mobilized, come out. Bukhari 2825.
From here follows, that the outcome on Jihad is obligatory to all Caucasians after the creation of the Caucasian front by amir moslems Abdul-Khalim, because it is exactly an appeal to moslems of Caucasus to act on Jihad.
Coming back to mistakes of our ancestors, only I want to tell, that moslems ought not to search for the help in the West or the East when they have most reliable patron - Allah! We should not repeat the mistakes of our ancestors and communicate with so-called international law and with the western governments as they communicated with bolsheviks who with mensheviks.
This, softly speaking, is absurd. We are at war for the Sheriyat! But, today we do hasty steps too. Some of us for some reason consider, that the West will help us from Russia . What is the difference between white or red pig? They each others friends!
Who was right from our ancestors which have acted on the different sides of barricades, Supreme Allah who warns us that we were not divided, and to mountain that who appears among hypocrites and apostates will judge. We should be more judicious, than our ancestors. Insha Allah, we shall not repeat their mistakes!
