DECREE
"About the head of the Presidential Administration of the CRI"
In the name of Allah the Gracious and Merciful!
Based on the law of the CRI "About the President of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria", with the purpose to secure the effectiveness of the activity of the Presidential Administration of the CRI, which is working under the conditions of martial law,
I DECREE:
1. To appoint Idris Hasanov Head of the Presidential Administration of the CRI.
2. To convey to the Head of the Presidential Administration I. Hasanov additional powers to control the activities of all institutions of governmental authority of the CRI which are working beyond the borders of the country.
3. I will myself take control of the execution of this decree.
4. The decree comes into force on the day of its signing.

DECREE
"About the dismissal of the cabinet of ministers of the CRI"
In the name of Allah the Gracious and Merciful!
Based on article 73 (points 2, 4, 6) of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and the law "About Martial Law", with the purpose to reform the state authority system of the CRI and to secure the protection of the sovereignty of the CRI under the conditions of martial law, established on the territory of the country in connection with the aggression of the RF against the CRI in the autumn of 1999,
I DECREE:
1. To dismiss the entire cabinet of ministers of the CRI.
2. To the former members of the cabinet of ministers of the CRI to fulfill their functional responsibilities until the publication of a corresponding decree about the new cabinet of ministers of the CRI.
3. To the State Defense Committee - Majlisul Shura of the CRI, within a period of two weeks to examine the structure and the list of members of a reformed cabinet of ministers of the CRI.
4. I will myself take control of the execution of this decree.
5. The decree comes into force on the day of its signing.

DECREE
"About the abolition of the institutions of Envoys of the CRI abroad"
In the name of Allah the Gracious and Merciful!
Guided by articles 73 (p. 4) and 76 of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, with the purpose to reform the system of executive power in the CRI under the conditions of martial law on the territory of the country, in connection with the absence of clear and precise interaction and proper coordination of the activity in the work of the different envoys of the CRI in foreign countries,
I DECREE:
1. To abolish the General Representation of the President of the CRI abroad.
2. To abolish the institutions of Special and Plenipotentiary Envoys of the President of the CRI abroad.
3. To the former envoys of the CRI abroad, within the period of one week to prepare and to present to the Presidential Administration of the CRI reports about the accomplished work together with all necessary documents.
4. The control with the fulfillment of this decree is conveyed to the Head of the Presidential Administration of the CRI I. Hasanov.
5. The decree comes into force on the day of its signing.
