Decrees of the President of the ChRI Abdul-Halim Sadulaev

The edition SIA "Chechenpress" received decrees of the President of the Chechen Republic Ichkeria Abdul-Halim Sadulaev about structural changes in the government of the country from the Administration of the President of the ChRI by the channels of e-mail.

THE DECREE

“About the head of the Administration of the President of the ChRI”

In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!

On the basis of the Law of the ChRI “About the President of the Chechen Republic Ichkeria”, with a view of providing of efficiency of the activity of the President Administration, transferred to the operating mode in conditions of the martial law,

I DECREE:

1. To appoint Hasanov Idris to the post of the head of the Administration of the President of the ChRI.

2. To give the head of the Administration of the President of the ChRI Hasanov I. the additional powers for the control over the activity of all institutes of the government of the ChRI functioning outside of the country.

3. I leave the control over execution of the present Decree for myself.

4. The decree inures since the date of its signing.

THE DECREE

“About resignation of the Cabinet of the Ministers of the ChRI”

In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!

On the basis of the clause 73 (items 2, 4, 6) of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic Ichkeria and the Law of the ChRI “About the martial law”, with a view of reforming of the system of the government of the ChRI and providing of protection of the sovereignty of the ChRI in conditions of the martial law, operating in the territory of the country in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation against the ChRI in autumn of 1999,

I DECREE:

1. To send in resignation the Cabinet of the ChRI with its full complement.

2. To the former members of the cabinet of the ChRI: to execute their functional duties up to the issue of the corresponding Decree about the new Cabinet of the ChRI.

3. To the State Defense Committee – Madjlisul Shura of the ChRI: to consider the structure and the list structure of the members of the reformed Cabinet of the ChRI in a fortnight term.

4. I leave the control over the execution of the present Decree for myself.

5. The decree inures since the date of its signing.

THE DECREE

“About abolition of the institutes of representatives of the ChRI abroad”

In the name of Allah, Gracious and Merciful!

Being guided by clauses 73 (item 4) and 76 of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic Ichkeria, with a view of reforming of the system of executive authority of the ChRI in conditions of the martial law in the territory of the country, in connection with an absence of the precise interaction and appropriate coordination of the activity in work of different representatives of the ChRI in foreign countries,

I DECREE:

1. To abolish the General representation of the President of the ChRI abroad.

2. To abolish the institutes of special representatives and plenipotentiaries of the President of the ChRI abroad.

3. To the former representatives of the ChRI abroad: in a week term to prepare the information - reports on the fulfilled work with an appendix of all necessary documents and to present them to the Administration of the President of the ChRI.

4. To assign the control over the execution of the present Decree to the head of the Administration of the President of the ChRI Hasanov I.

5. The decree inures since the date of its signing.
