It is high time for USA to reject the term "Chechen terrorism"

It is impossible to tell, what further approaches of USA authority to Chechen mojaheds will be, but it is definitely possible to tell, that after the translation of an interview with Shamil Basaev the American - Russian relations didn't become better. By results of the interrogation which has been carried out by Assembly of Protection of Sovereignty of CHRI, and the opinions of ordinary Americans collected by this organization it was found out, that as a whole the American society treat with the big sympathy the struggle of Chechen people.

And it happened, in spite of the fact that Russian foreign policy department on all international forums constantly insisted that Chechen mojaheds are "terrorists". Thus, the tremendous bluff of new nomads about the threat of "global terrorism", fostered in lobbies of Liubianka and skilfully used by administration of the White house in the geopolitic interests has ceased to take up the American minds.

Americans openly declare, that neither Basaev, nor somebody else from the Chechen resistance cannot be considered as terrorists. It is obvious, that this term doesn't not fit at all not only in a situation existing in relations between two powers, but also brings the big harm to Americans. Why? The terrorist was Serb Gavrila Principle, who shot archduke Franz Ferdinand. The terrorist was But, who killed with a bullet from "Deringer" the leader who was victorious over northerners - president Abraham Lincoln.

The terrorist is Armenian Arutjunjan, attempting at life of presidents of Georgia and USA. In contrast to the above named terrorists setting their goal to cause political destabilization by elimination of a political figure, setting the tone of the state policy, Chechens along the Russian-Chechen war, have not killed any prominent politician of the enemy country.

Operations of Chechens in the Nord-Ost and in Beslan were not aimed for setting chaos in the Russia, but had a specific goal - to stop the war and if someone in America still would like to name it as evil action, it was accomplished, with the purpose of the termination of incomparably greater evil. That evil which personifies assignee of EMPIRES of EVIL, by keen definition of Ronald Reigan about his red bunting predecessor.

And it very resembles to that, that inhabitants of the White house began to understand the danger of partnership with the enemy of the whole mankind which began to set going under the flag of "struggle against international terrorism". But this sooner or later should have happened.

The godless, communistic regime of Moscow to which some generations of the American presidents resisted, by definition may not be the partner of the democratic state, and hastiness of these hobbies became obvious after a pirouette of the Russian state to its spiritually close China, which looks more than fair and more natural.

According to admission of many appreciative authorities in Russian affairs the relation of USA and Russia never was so bad, as now from times of the cold war. In relations of Washington and Moscow even earlier was a lot of conflicts. This was both espionage scandals, and disagreements concerning NPRO, and expansion of the NATO to the east, and allocation for Russia of credits of MFV, and close contacts of Moscow to the countries which Washington treats with social outcast.

But after a demarche of Russians in Central Asia, and applications of SHOC, times of the warm and friendly relations existing between Bush and Putin, have left irrevocably. It ought to be expected, after the White house has changed the political signboard.

Nothing can unite and join Bush and Putin any more. One continues struggle with so-called "international terrorism", while another has proclaimed himself the as protector of all oppressed, striving for freedom.

A few has noticed, that such transformation in consciousness of the American president did not happen momentarily, but still on 31 January, 2002, when G. Bush in his program speech has declared, that "USA would not allow the most dangerous regimes of the world to threaten us with the most dangerous and destructive types of weapon".

From this very moment the word "terrorism" had completely disappeared from a dictionary of the American president. Later we have heard in speech of Bush more frank notes. Being in Brussels, he has made rather sharp statements to the reference with Russia. He, particularly, said: "We should always remind Russia, that our alliance (NATO) supports the freedom of press, the existence of the vital opposition, the division of authorities, leadership of the law. USA and all European countries should place a problem of democratic reforms in the centre of their dialogue with Russia".

Thus, USA let Russia know, that the new aspect of the war against "terrorism" is the war against the dangerous tyrannies having and trying to distribute the weapon of mass destruction. And this if it is required, may be the main and unilateral type of war of USA.

In this connection the book of the former adviser of FBI of USA Pol Williams, under the title of "Al-Kaida network and the future Apocalypse" which in the strange way has appeared in daily necessity, for the military problems set by the president of USA attracts the attention. Williams writes, that "Al-Kaida" up to now has been paying to the Russian scientist for maintenance of a nuclear arsenal of this organization and for creation of new bombs, and also buys materials for creation of these bombs in the free market in Russia.

"Al-Kaida" has received 40 nuclear bombs from Soviet Union, including nuclear bombs in small suitcases, nuclear mines, artillery missiles and even some rocket warheads, says Williams. In the book it is discussed, that venal special services of Russia have given addresses of the Soviet nuclear bombs incorporated by KGB in the territory of USA yet during the cold war.

Besides all of it, USA have begun countermanoeuvres against joint doctrines of Russia and China. On Monday USA and South Korea have started military maneuvers in eastern Asian region which will be prolonged untill September, 3. only in 150 kilometers from a place of realization of the American - Korean maneuvers, there is also Chinese-Russian maneuvers on Shandunski peninsula. Also, it became known, that the American banks have started a new wave of mass closing out of the correspondent accounts of the Russian banks because of necessity of monitoring of payments within the framework of struggle against ablution, and it will result to that the majority of the Russian banks will be compelled to work only through state banks.

Thus, we see, that every day the tendency of deterioration of the relation between USA and assignee EMPIRES of EVIL only grows, and it has come time for Washington to reflect that there is no today term more harmful to USA, than Chechen "terrorism", and the frame of mind set by it.

Can representatives of two camps with opposite ideologies have identical views upon the same thing? The white house should take into account, that the register of people which, in opinion of administration of Bush, concern to "terrorism", does not coincide with opinion of the majority of his voters, and it is high time he required the inversion, with entering of original terrorists into it, and exception of warriors for freedom.
