Ramzan Kadyrov in the rank of "a silver pigeon"
Only a naive person can think indeed, that founders of the premium "The Silver pigeon", among which also the Russian Academy of natural sciences is registered, have independently come to the conclusion about necessity of its delivery to "the first vice-premier of the Chechen Republic" Ramzan Kadyrov, whose intellectual level is well-known. If to believe in voluntariness of such a fantastic decision, it is necessary to assume, that Russian academicians have strongly become worn out in the sphere of science and slightly gone mad. However everything is not so simple - with Putin's coming to the highest Russian authority, as well as during the period of the USSR, all similar problems began to be solved… with a phone call from the Kremlin.
The given case is far from being the first one in Putin's practice. About two years ago Putin pushed Kadyrov-senior, who had managed to defend a sociology thesis during intervals between punitive actions and tortures, to the United Nations as a representative of Russia . Having polished "the special mufti" in such a way, Putin considered it to be quite possible to show him to the "high society", and took him in a civil suit to the meeting with President Bush. Also the calculation was that Ahmat Kadyrov would hardly yield to Bush in accusations of "the international terrorism", and “simple-minded” cowboy would like it.
But the cowboy turned out to be not such a simpleton. Bush poured over his "friend Vova" a cold shower, in diplomatic, but sharp form he let know, that he did not wish to be noticed in a company of such an exotic subject, who had surpassed by sadism even African dictators, having snack of their guilty ministers for supper. So, the luminary of a sociological idea and humanist of international level remained in a hotel room, sincerely being surprised with that "protection" of "Putin" turned out to be insufficient to open the doors to the White House for him. Probably, at that moment for the first time the heretical idea crept in his mind, that the Kremlin boss was not so almighty, as he had imagined him to be in his obsequious delights, if another boss, the American one, so disrespectfully concerned to the favorite footman of the of "his true friend".
The lesson turned out to be instructive; however Putin has not heeded it. Now, having planned to take Ramzan to Germany , Putin intends to repeat the trick with Kadyrov-junior, the sadist and executioner of such a level, that on his background even his bloody father seems to be a nice good-natured person. If to employ some brisk post-graduate students to compose a thesis for Ramzan, and to declare him to be a candidate of sciences, it would be such a comedy that even Shabalkin burst with laughter, declaring this news to journalists. Therefore, obviously, Putin has decided to stop at making Ramzan “a pigeon”, with help of the hands of the Russian academicians. And, not any kind of grey one, not some tumbler, but a "silver" one.
But in order not to shock the Russian and international public with this news, it is especially emphasized, that Ramzan became a "pigeon" not owing to his adherence to world peace, but exclusively because of his sports merits to what, probably, it is necessary to refer the torture marathon, which he experiences, torturing his victims in Hosi-Yurt torture chambers. Now there is nothing left, but to watch TV and guess, whether "the silver pigeon" Kadyrov-junior will be admitted by the chancellor of Germany to hand shake. Or the German will turn out to be not less fastidious, than the American.
