We, the fighters of Chechen Resistance, called “terrorists” by the Russian fascist Junta on our native land, with responsibility declare in everyone's hearing that our silence has given birth to the unpredictable cannibal monster in the person of Russia .
It is not fastidious about anything, and is notable for the lack of human morals; having bogged down in the blood, it shows indifference about the lives of people.
This happens every day and before the very eyes of the international community, but the latter keeps silence, conniving at the atrocities and extrajudicial executions on the part of the Russian invaders.
Ladies and gentlemen, people are being killed on our planet and not somewhere on the Mars. And the fact of this crying injustice, conducting of experiments on people, with fatal outcomes and punishment for this silence, by your common efforts, has been brought to naught.
But the truth about the terrorists is dictated by the ruins of apartment houses in Buinaksk, Moscow, Volgodonsk, an attempt of terrorist act in Ryazan, the events of the “Nord-Ost” theatre, Aqua-park, underground, etc., not to mention assassinations of the disagreeable politicians.
In the meantime, more than 250 thousand citizens of CRI have been killed under the bombs of Russian aviation and bombs, missiles and other kinds of arms, let alone the extrajudicial executions and tortures.
We, the fighters of Chechen Resistance, have the right to ask how much blood of the Chechen people and Russian citizens should be shed again and again according to your standards in this slaughter to make you speak up at last not only about the genocide but also about the imminent threat of Rusizm.
If you continue to keep in dark the facts of brutality, we will be forced to seek for nontraditional methods of survival. Therefore, we, the fighters of Chechen Resistance, having endured all these “delights”, resolutely require of the international organizations to demand from Russia observance of the principal regulations of the Geneva Convention, according to which the Russian authorities do not have the right to arrest the relatives of our political leaders.
We call on the international judicial organizations to give a legal evaluation to the similar terrorist actions of the Russian authorities.
It has fallen on your lot to try your strength in conformity with your status of the human rights observers. You have to let the Russian authorities know that the methods of hangman general Ermolov are alien to the European community.
Otherwise, we declare with responsibility that if the international organizations called upon to protect human rights do not take proper decision concerning the mentioned question, we will use the necessary levers to have an influence on the monster.
We also reserve to ourselves the right of taking appropriate measures against the relatives of the Russian war criminals and their accomplices in Chechnya .
We do not intend to watch silently the duel of an elephant and a wolf, when it is required of the wolf only to observe the rules against the heavy-weight elephant. We will act in accordance with your decision; however, we would not like to become similar to the Russian occupants.
