The announcement of Mairbek Taramov

There is a certain category of organizations, as well as of people, not disdaining to build for itself the appropriate name on scandals. Infamous people tell about such category.The Popularity of the same sorts of people no way can be entered into the canons of Moslem doctrine. Nevertheless, people of that sort have divorced in the Chechen environment. The question is, first of all, about the infamous Akhmed Sardali and his organization ASP of CHRI.

I have long observed the actually provocative activity of this person, whose cherished secrets I know for sure, and his organization which from the very beginning get the  position to oppose a lot of members of CHRI Government, though the activity of Sardali presents as criticism. I frankly hoped, that these groundless attacks sooner or later would be stopped. But, by the last interview of Akhmed Sardali, "conflagration is ready to inflame with new force".

The bowl of my patience was overflown with his announcements concerning the activity of the Union of the Caucasian Journalists - UCJ which is supposedly headed by him, and on which base the building of ASP of CHRI is erected. Yet I am not going to concern other questions, but I will sharpen the attention of readers that Sardalevsk UCJ, that means no ASP of CHRI, have any legal basis.

There is also other reason which demands explanations. The matter is that it is addressed letters in which readers ask explanations concerning two chairmen of UCJ, and if, answering them, it is necessary to laugh the matter off concerning the illness of the person named megalomania willy-nilly it is necessary to answer official inquiries.

So, in August, 2003, to me as to the chairman of the Union of the Caucasian Journalists came the inquiry from judicial instances of the Lithuanian republic about the activity of agency Kavkaz - center. Certainly, being the supporter of independence of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija, I might not behave differently but to rise myself for protection of leading Chechen news agency. There is several citations from my appeal, which copy I have sent to the edition of Kavakaz-center:

"The High Court of the Lithuanian Republic!

As follows from the comments which have flowed from under my feather, it is uneasy to come to a conclusion about the extreme importance of your judgement. It is uneasy to expect, that if your verdict will be not for the benefit of the Kavakaz-center, you hand a powerful trump in hands of the Russian Office of Public Prosecutor which will not slow down to expose your decision as decisive argument in completely groundless polemic about extradition of Movladi Udugov".

Then I have stated my position concerning prosecutions of the Chechen journalists, able to take place later on:

"The High Court!

Following the sensible logic, the closing of agency Kavakaz-center may also mean the fault of the journalists working in this agency, and not only Chechen, that in a result may form the basis for the further encroachments of the Russian Office of Public Prosecutor on the Freedom of speech - a basic gain of a democratic society. Thus, it is created the most dangerous precedent when in baiting, by prosecutions, and perhaps by tortures and murders will be subjected not only journalists of the Kavakaz-center, but also any journalist asserting an anti-war position, and not only in the Chechen Republic, Russia, but also round the world".

My appeal was ending like that:

"We have unshakable confidence, that your fair verdict will not drop honour and prestige of your country and the young Lithuanian state, one of the first broken off fetters of the Soviet-Russian colonialism, with advantage will endure the hard tests which have dropped out on its share.

With feeling of deep respect and gratitude -

When concerning me by the hands of Akhmed Sardali and the set of his company created blatant injustice, I have addressed for the help to Movladi Udugov who knew about the essence of occurring lawlessness, however his answer was the deepest silence. Nevertheless, I did not begin to be engaged in squaring of accounts, and did not get rid of silence, and apparently from the appeal, started to protect both the website Kavkaz-center, and his journalists, among whom was Akhmed Sardali, giving out himself for chairman of UCJ.

It seemed, following normal human logic, it was necessary to think about the fate of man whose authority is treated by so high bodies, or even to think that Taramov may be useful to them in the future. But, alas -

Nonsense of the individual should have been stopped by the edition of the Kavkaz-center because the similar behaviour of the journalist is undermined with the authority of the agency, putting collective in difficult situation, however there did not happen either that, or another. But let us return to the hero of our narration.

In last interview as, however, in all other announcement made by Akhmed Sardali, my name never appears. It is strange, whether the truth? At the same time earlier the popular Internet - edition of the Union of the Caucasian Journalists "Kavkazki Vestnik" - http://www.kvestnik.org / in which the weight of materials about activity of this organization, but for some reason is not present a single word about Akhmed Sardali wich position itself as the chairman of UCJ still functions. And it is strange. Guess, why?

Other aspect  is also interesting - why Sardali, being one of the members of UCJ, tabooed the name of his head? The solution was quite simple - if the truth is said about the real head there will be a forgery. I want to notice, that similar treachery from Sardali in relation to me occured not once, and we will tell about them in detail if after that announcement he intends to continue discussion.

Why to moslem Sardali not to be frank up to the end in the interview on a website Kavkaz-center and not to inform the readers about that, for example, at constituent conference of the Independent Union of the Caucasian Journalists, holding in Grozny January, 17, 1999, the chairman elected someboy other than, the author of these lines, that is Maibek Taramaov who applied the weight of efforts and own means for creation of this organization? By the way, on this representative meeting, outstanding figures of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija and representatives of the Chechen MASS-MEDIA who have illuminated this important event were invited.

Subsequently UCJ was registered in Ministry of Justice of CHRI. Legally it means, that only UCJ, which chairman was Maibek Taramov, has the right to re-registration.

And here is how the National News service of Russia has illuminated constituent conference of UCJ, thus I do the reference not on the Chechen MASS-MEDIA, but on this agency to be extremely objective:

“Holding resignations and assignments

Grozny. At the Chechen journalists the trade union has appeared. Constituent congress of the Union of Islamic journalists was held in January, 17 in Grozny. As initiators of its realization journalists of broadcasting companies and newspapers of republic have acted. The chairman of the union was elected Maibek Taramov, being the employee of one of newspapers of Islamic orientation. The ex-president of Chechen Republic Zelimkhan Iandarbaev who in his statement supported the creation of the Caucasian congress of Islamic journalists took part in the work of forum. Chechen journalists have not had their trade union since 1991.

The fact is that forgeries of Akhmed Sardali occurred in the presence of many in the Chechen Republic, and amazed impudence of the person who are not considered neither with a public opinion, nor with ordinary morals. I do not speak about morals of the Moslem applying for this or that place of honor in spite of the fact that it is not so vacant.

I more than once thought of the activity of Akhmed Saradali, and at times his behaviour seemed to me inadequate - similarly behaves the patient of mad hous. After all, doctors of similar institution are unable to prohibit the patient be Napoleon, Charles Mrax, Usama Ben-Ladden or still someone else. But the trouble that Akhmed Sardali, privatizing UCJ, and ostensibly managing ASP of CHRI, is outside of walls of aforesaid institutions, and his information uproar puts that harm about which members of the Chechen Government talk.

Let us come back to the last part of interview where Akhmed Sardali refers to Congress of UCJ, which ostensibly was held September, 6, 2001 in Baku where he modestly holds back about the self-election, declaring about certain controls. If Sardali has the normal logic, and he does not apply for the patient of madhouse there is a question - how there was possible the realization of Congress of UCJ in the absence of working head of this organization? I will explain that exactly at this time, September 6, 2001, I, Taramov Mairbek, in full health and clear consciousness was in the same city Baku where the ascention on a throne of organization of Akhmed Sardali was held.

And there passed the action under the name Congress of UCJ hidden from working chairman because not only in Azerbaijan, but also far behind his limits, knew about real head of UCJ Taramov on his numerous press conferences, statements in press and Internet.

But also it is half-troubles. Together with organization of UCJ his publication "Kavkazki Vestnik" was necessary for the self-appointed head also, whose founder and the permanent editor was all the same Mairbek Taramov. And to privatize a website "Kavkazki Vestnik" to the impostor long it was not possible. Now, similar, here again at Sardali with an environment the certain successes - work of the Internet - edition "Kavkazki Vestnik" were planned is actually blocked. That is, this person managed practically that many years was not under force to the Russian special services. And he with hypocritical innocence is ñollected impudence to ask - "And in what I am guilty? “

Disgustingly those actions of the person are those, managing to present themselves as the exemplary moslem instructively reading aiats of the Koran and Khadis to members of the Chechen Government.

There is a firm confidence that Sardali never would dare to operate alone - behind it the certain forces about which it will be told in other time and in the other place stand. Besides the boundless impudence of this person, time behind time making surprises any groundless, provocative applications adjoining to idiocy.

If Akhmned Sardali hopes to be understood correctly in a authority of the Chechen Republic Ichkerija also these hopes are groundless for all of them perfectly know and still remember - who there is who. And the majority of them read the newspaper "Kavkazki Vestnik" which acted in struggling republic until as a place of chairman of UCJ privatized Akhmed Sardali.

I do not lose hope, that Sardali, positioning myself in quality of godfearing moslem, in searches of the truth all the same will address in Sharyat court of CHRI. If it not the next iar-action(iar-action), and Sardali is ready to search for the truth in court in dispute with vice-premier of government of CHRI Akhmed Zakaev why him not tomake a similar step in attitude to Mairbek Taramov? Rather and rather interesting things would find out the judge if to take into account, that told nowadays me - only small top of iceberg “righteous” acts of this surprising "Moslem".

And if to all other Sardali "limped on his head" also has overlooked about process above Akhmed Zakaev I will explain, that due to this litigation which has involved attention of all world, national-liberation war of Chechen people with all consequences following from here is recognized fair.

English judge Timoti Uorkman has not found anything reprehensible in actions of Chechen commander Akhmed Zakaev, vice-premier of CHRI occupying nowadays a post. Decision of City Court of London means anything other, as large defeat of Putin's Russia in the second Chechen company because it has beaten out any legal ground from under legs of a present criminal regime of Russia.
