About the mysterious explosion in Moscow

Zaurbek Galaev, CHECHENPRESS, 23.02.06.

February 16, about 14 o'clock in Moscow there was a mysterious explosion. Eyewitnesses from different parts of city confirm that they heard a sound of explosion, windows jingled and the automobile signal system snapped into action. However, what and where it actually happened remains unknown. Silence of authorities and the inconsistent information have caused suspicions that the initiative of individual politicians to block the information about the incidents though have not been accepted officially, but have begun to put into practice.

According to the edition «Gazeta.ru», referring to sources in the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs, explosion has taken place on the Old area in the center of Moscow. The explosive has worked at an attempt to neutralize it. According to the other information of the same edition, the explosion did not happen, and the hydro-jet devices, the certain water gun intended for neutralization of explosives, caused the sound taken in for explosion.

The representatives of FSB using for a plum the information of edition Utro.ru, appeared to be less informed, than the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs, but with more developed imagination. According to their versions, a sound heard practically all over Moscow, might utter overcoming sound barrier of the military plane, and even at all the abnormal phenomenon as a winter thunderstorm.

According to the table of definition of distances up to a source of the sounds, familiar to any army sergeant, the single shot from a rifle is audible at a distance of 1,2 kilometers, shooting from automatic weapons at a distance of 2 kilometers, from large-caliber machine guns - 3 kilometers. The sound of shooting from mortars will be audible at a distance of 3-5 km, the sound of a shot from the weapon may be distributed at a distance of 6 kilometers.

With dispersion of evidences about the sound heard by Moscowers in February 16, in Moscow, confronted only with the distance of distribution of a sound of shooting of the artillery battery or a battalion, audible within the limits of 10-15 kilometers. However that is all - only theoretically, i.e. on an open district and at silent night, in the conditions which do not have anything common with the Moscow in heat of a working day. Last case of artillery shooting in streets of Moscow, suitable for the comparative analysis, was in October 1993 when tanks of democrats scorched conservatives on parliament. However, even that time, the geography of evidences of audibility of a cannonade was on the order less than February 16, and about the wince of houses and starting alarm in the different ends of Moscow was out of question.

If to trust the Moscow Municipal Department of Internal Affairs, Russian have invented a miracle weapon - the water gun neutralizing explosives during use of which the whole mega city shudders, together with houses and citizens. People trusting in Martians, may believe even the Municipal Department of Internal Affairs.

Sound of explosion and shock wave, are sufficient symptoms for the statement that explosion really was. Under available characteristics and evidences, above Moscow or near to city the high-power rocket might be blown up, might be brought down or the plane has blown up. Whether it was explosion resulted the non-staff situation, which has arisen at militaries during the training actions and games in a war of philologist Ivanov, or whether it was any enemy influence and whether it was just right to award Moscow air defense - remains not clear. The main thing is that the experience of blocking of the information on an event, after Caucasus, has begun to be applied even in Moscow. For Moscowers, armed with water "tsar-gun", the bombs of terrorists are not frightful, and for the full calmness, there is a TV set with "Swan Lake".
