400 inhabitants of Kabardino-Balkariya have written the letter to Putin that they are going to leave the Native land and leave for a constant residence for other countries. Last ten years the Russian authorities assured the public that the situation on Northern Caucasus is normalized, and Kabardino-Balkariya, by their words, in general is a sample of rest and stability, some kind of reserve where the sun always shines, all is good and everyone is happy. And now it is found out, that it is far from being so, and paradise life for inhabitants of this republic only appeared on a paper and in heads of inhabitants of the Kremlin.

Those who slightly understand political life of North-Caucasus republics , already for a long time named Kabardino-Balkariya not island of happiness, but the "black hole" under the control of a corrupt clan of mister Kokov. If you look closely at Kabardino-Balkariya during government of Kokov, it reminds Soviet Union with its stagnation during the government of Brezhnev, where for last decades practically no political, national, religious and social question was solved. Unsolved problems caused fierce contradictions between various layers in a society.

Instead of solving the problems which have collected in Republic, the corrupt puppets appointed from Moscow, ooa? hands of the special services have started a frank hunt on those who demands validity and tries to assert the civil rights. The first signs of mass disobedience to authorities also have appeared, with the first call in the form of the post card to Putin about the requirement to let out people from the country.

So why citizens the country run from the Native land? Basically, despite of a seen generality of the accepted decision, each concrete refugee has his own problems and reasons to leave the native land. But if to reject all that is consequence and to look at the reasons of acceptance of this decision, that, certainly, the desire to rescue the life and lifes of the relatives finally pushes people on this hard step comparable for many with suicide. Rescue of the lifes forces millions people to leave Russia where human life at Putins mode does not cost a thing.

Depreciation of human life and general fear - that is what have achieved security officers for six years of runing the country. Destroying any signs of resistance to the mode, as a matter of fact, they conduct war with a human idea. Publicly "feeling nostalgy" from time to time for USSR, when, in opinion of Putin and the company, in the country were it is "order and good living", they, not noticing, return the country to those gloomy times when all of us lived in prison of peoples behind a huge fence from a barbed wire.

Six years back, having decided, that he personally will guide the order in spread out, in his opinion, country, Putin has created a vertical of the authority. The vertical of Putins authorities without KGB appeared ineffective, so, they recreated KGB. However without propagation and a fence from a barbed wire even KGB appeared inefficient. Then all MASS-MEDIA have returned under the state control and journalism have changed with propagation, and along borders of Russia have pulled a fence from a barbed wire. All has again returned on circles, and people have again run from the country as once ran from Soviet Union.

As soon as people did not try to run from the USSR on what only shifts they did not go! One refugee has constructed a hang-glider with the motor, another - a submarine, the third used a balloon. I do not speak about thousand who accused of betrayal to the native Land and started prosecution of their relatives who have stayed in the Union, transforming them in hostages.

Not casually, during Andropov times, of all those who tried to leave Soviet Union, pursued by means of retaliatory psychiatry and contained in special houses for lunatics. On understanding of security officers, persons in sensible reason voluntary may not refuse the Soviet happiness and if he has voluntary run from communistic paradise it might be only a person who has lost his mind, and him, hence, it is necessary to treat urgently. It is not necessary to be the genius to predict that the following step of Putins vertical of authority will be a reconstruction of "special clinics for lunatics" where security officers begin to exhaust all those who is not pleased with their mode. Anyhow, - you see influence of propagation first of all are subjected the propagandists .

Influencing on others, they piously begin to trust in lie distributed by them. The person subjected with propagation lie, completely destroying a human brain, logically ceases to think and soberly estimate occurbing events. With him it is completely impossible to argue, any disagreement with the official point of view causes in him irritation and hatred to the opponent, and last argument in dispute is accusation of betrayal of the native Land. Thus the following step after accusation of betrayal of the native Land, at the individual subject to propaganda influence is the desire immediately to finish off the turncoat, afforded to doubt of the genius of the leader.

The increased aggression, misanthropy, desire to destroy all those who are not with us, finally has resulted Russia to that a society has completely depreciated the most dear - human life. Pursuing objectionables and destroying not consents, the Russian authorities, finally, depreciated the life of each member of society. Thus they have finished up to full absurdity and existence of institute of the state which, first of all, should protect human life. The state in which human life, that is the most dear, that is given us by the God, is worthless, is doomed. This state and peoples occupying it do not have future.

At Putin, Russia within several years confidently holds superiority in the world by amount of refugees. Those whose brains yet are not poisoned with propagation of violence and hatred, those who adequately are still capable to think, have run from empire of evil, rescueing themselves and their children, and not waiting while the country again will be enclosed with a barbed wire and will close all exits.And that normal people do not wish to live in the country where human life is possible and is a change in political tricks of authority, is the best estimation of that during six years of the board the lieutenant colonel of KGB Putin has given to the Russian society.
