This truth was informed to interested persons, and it was completely clear, why houses were blown up. The second case - "Nord-Ost". Who else has not enough truth about nervous - paralytic military gas by which were destroyed together with military group of Chechens, innocent hostages? And the third case - the most terrible. And again hostages were destroyed by our men, instead of theirs, the state which should have taken care of children. Children were destroyed cool-blooded, and the most interesting, that we have nobody for it to judge.
Excuse me, how is it possible to judge executors, how is it possible to judge one side when we have two sides of military criminals? If in Hague judge Serbs who destroyed moslems in Srebenitsa, there are also judged the Croatian generals for similar crimes against Serbs. We do not have a slightest right to declare Shami Basaev the international terrorist, in the international search, until Vladimir Putin is not declared as such, because here the responsibility is absolutely mutual! And we have no the right to judge one if we shall not judge those on whose hands is the blood of 40 thousand Chechen children and some more of adults.
Therefore we need to advise unfortunate mothers of Beslan and to the mothers of the future victims (because in such position there may be any school, and again children will be destroyed cool-blooded by the federal authorities), I personally see only one insurance and only one guarantee: not to cry about anything, not to ask the federal authority (it will not hear, they do not have heart, no conscience, no mind) and to collect signatures for secession of the Russian Federation all over Ossetia, all over Kaliningrad, all overl Siberia, all over Dagestan, all over Ingushetia, all over Moscow: And then, when enough signatures will be collected and there will be a certain understanding, let each subject of the Russian Federation demand a referendum. Let the mad authority in the Kremlin remain alone and the pay with life for this colonial war. I see only one insurance for those who is still doomed to be lost, - simply to stop this war by such original way.

As we are the country of military criminals which destroys the Chechen ethnos, destroys Chechen children meaningly and coldly and with some "approval" by the most part of the population, naturally, we shall answer for it. And Shamil Basaev, giving interview to the Canadian newspaper, has declared, that he does not see at non-combatants on our side, because war is made from the certain national consent. And it will be really continued. Sending children to school is impossible, teach them where you want, in Oxford , in Cambridge :
