Basaev has dispelled the myth about "the Chechen terrorism"

On the 28 th July the broadcasting company ABC showed S. Basaev 's interview to journalist A. Babitsky. It is a normal practice in the state, where the freedom of speech is provided and universal values are appreciated. Such can take place in the state, where the authority sincerely supports observance of democratic principles, respects human rights and freedom. Such cannot take place in the Russian Federation for there is no even a visibility of democracy here, and the authority is afraid of open dialogue with people, as it is not sure, that people will support it.

Therefore the show of interview of Basaev in the USA has caused a hysterical reaction of the Kremlin officials. If S. Basaev's speech has caused such an alarm in the government of Russia , it means, Basaev has managed to dispel the myth about "Chechen international terrorism" before the American people. He has convinced the American viewers that Chechens are not terrorists, that for already more than 10 years they are at war for the national liberation of the Russian colonial oppression.

In connection with the show of the interview on TV of the USA , the Russian propagation ascribes all conceivable and inconceivable crimes committed in the territory of the Russian Federation to S. Basaev. So, for example, he is accused of murder of one and a half hundreds hostages in the theatre in the Dubrovka, of more than three hundreds children and adults in Beslan, of explosions of apartment houses in Moscow , Volgodonsk and Buinaksk.

Yes! It is necessary to recognize, that terrorism is evil, and it is necessary to fight resolutely against terror and terrorists by all means. There is no dispute about it. However we should be able to distinguish diversions from terrorism. And we should understand that Chechens are not terrorists, like they are represented by military-political management of Russia . Chechens protect freedom and independence, carry out an unequal struggle against the state terrorism of Russia and thus they protect the mankind from distribution of the Russian state terrorism worldwide.

Terror is a physical violence over political opponents. As it was on the 13 th of February, 2004 in Doha when employees of the Russian special services killed Z. Yandarbiev and gravely wounded his son - teenager. After Z. Yandarbiev's murder the whole world found out, who actually is an international terrorist and who encourages terrorism at the level of the state. Despite of it, high-ranking officials in the Russian Federation tried to convince the world community that special services of the Russian Federation were not involved in this act of terrorism. But the court of Qatar proved the contrary to the world and condemned 2 workers of special services of Russia to 25 years of imprisonment.

This is a direct proof of that Russia is a terrorist state. Everything what is daily done in the territory of the Chechen Republic by occupational armies, Kadyrov's and Yamadaev's people, the GRU, the FSB, etc is named terrorism. For example, the tragedy in the village Borozdinovskaya of the Shelkovskiy region . In this settlement Yamadaev's people killed two people, set fire to several houses and took away 11 people - their destiny is unknown till now, though very few people doubt, that these people have been killed and have been secretly dug in some secret burial place, of which there are hundreds in the territory of the Chechen Republic. Whether the arbitrary execution of peace inhabitants with the purpose to frighten the others is not terrorism?

In his first comment the governor of the Southern Federal district Kozak named this crime to be "gangsterism" and demanded from the law enforcement bodies to make the guilty responsible immediately. However the owner of the Kremlin roughly made his assistant silent and warned him not to dare to make such statements any more and demanded from him not to interfere with the activity of the criminal "power structures" in the Chechen Republic . Several days later the obedient governor changed his tone and said about the search of the guilty, "It is not simple, it is necessary to carry out investigatory actions and only then it will be possible to tell, who is guilty". So: it is possible to kill the Chechen citizens without court and investigation, to subject them to terrible tortures in personal filtration holes of Kadyrov-Yamadaev's people , to trade with their corpses, and Russia does not consider it to be terror.

Chechen revolutionary – Bolshevik Aslanbek Sheripov used to say, "The authority terrorized people, and abreks terrorized the authority". These words decorated all editions of his articles and even the Soviet encyclopedias. It was considered to be normal: if the authority terrorizes people, representatives of these people have the full moral right to terrorize the authority. But the modern Russian authority is silent about the terrible terror against the Chechen people, about hundreds thousand peace inhabitants killed by it, and begins to yell for the whole world when Chechens undertake reciprocal actions. Capture of theatre in the Dubrovka was a desperate step of the Chechen soldiers, who wanted to wake consciousness of the Russian public by their lives and to show a Russian person, to what terrible genocide the Chechen people are subjected by the criminal government of the Russian Federation .

At investigation of any crime first of all they search for a motive of the crime and a causal relationship. In this case, the Kremlin is completely responsible for the liquidation of hostages in the theatre in Dubrovka. Chechens only took hostages, but they were liquidated with a poisonous gas by Russian employees of the law enforcement bodies, following Putin's direct order. So whose fault is greater - of those, who took these people hostages, or of those, who killed them, though they could avoid it? And who are terrorists in this situation? The public perfectly knows that the Kremlin rejected requests of hostages and intermediaries that the authority would not undertake power measures, that is, a storm. However, despite of it, authorities of the Russian Federation applied the fatal " putin-gas" , and special troops stormed the theater. And then the attackers finished defenseless, half-dead people with control shots. They killed even those, who could survive at medical intervention.

The paradox is not that special troopers killed half-dead people, it is their task, their trade, but that the president of the Russian Federation V. Putin, "the guarantor of the Constitution", in which a human life is declared to be the supreme priority, coolly liquidated his own citizens. He liquidated them only for the purpose to continue the massacre in the Chechen Republic . Moreover, he cynically congratulated the troopers "with successful carrying out of the operation in the Dubrovka", congratulated with that they had killed their own citizens. Only a born terrorist heading a terrorist state can act like this. And after Putin's congratulations they not only did not feel pangs of conscience, but posed before television cameras with pleasure. The matter is that they had already ceased to be defenders of people for a long time, having turned into personal oprichniks of terrorist Putin.

In the tragedy of Beslan all this was repeated in greater scales. With the capture of the school the Chechen fighters wanted to call the political management of Russia and the world community to undertake measures and to stop the genocide and mockery at the Chechen people. But they were not allowed to do it. Again hostages were lost, and again on the fault of employees of the Russian law enforcement bodies , who during the storm applied flame throwers, tank instruments and small arms, with which they burnt and broke off everything, what moved, and first of all – hostages, into pieces.

In civilized states in such situations they do everything to release hostages by negotiations. In Beslan, as it is known, the authority did not try to negotiate with insurgents. Under any pretexts they played for time to concentrate military forces around the school to make the flame impact. As soon as the forces were dispersed, employees of Russian law enforcement bodies , having provoked explosion inside the building, opened fire at hostages from all barrels. As the result several hundreds people were lost. The authority of Russia led by Putin is responsible for this mass murder.

The litigation, which takes place in Ossetia now, reveals new details of execution of children and hostages of the school of Beslan by federal power structures. Witnesses and hostages directly accuse federal power structures of liquidation of more than 350 children and adults, and it denies all those charges, which the Kremlin shows to S. Basaev in connection with the show of his interview to the broadcasting company ABC. Certainly, it is favorable to Moscow to ascribe the fault for the tragedy of Beslan, Dubrovka , for explosions of houses in Moscow , Buinaksk to Basaev before the world community. All it is clear, that thus Putin's team wants to avoid the responsibility for genocide of Chechens and deliberate murder of their own citizens. But sooner or later Putin and his KGB team will have to answer for all bloody crimes committed by them before the international court.
